The location is really near the beach, and near a train station (max 15 minutes). There are plenty of different restaurants and shops Breakfasts were delicious (I was very happy to have omelet every day) The only thing that might be added is salad (leafy greens) We had an early check-out (so we skipped breakfast) but we asked for something to have in the morning and it was very nice when the administrator gave us sandwiches and juice

I'm not sure if it was included but room cleaning was not full each day (they do change towels) but I'm not sure they cleaned floor Not related to the hotel but: if you're looking for nightlife, it is the wrong city to choose (no clubs/noisy bars/etc)

Lovely, clean and efficiently run small hotel, family run. Excellent location near the beach and at the base of the old part of the town with lots of restaurants, cafes nearby. A pleasant park next door which was used for music events in the evening. Ten minutes from the Railway station and bikes available on site. Cycle way to the nearby towns very accessible and follows a disused railway line along the coast with lots of tunnels and staggering views.

The Access to the Hotel is via a street side security door, which at first glance is a bit off-putting and could have done with much improved signage both outside and in the downstairs entrance way to indicate that the reception is on the first floor.

The property was very homely and close to the beach. We booked a triple room which was very spacious. Lots of choices at breakfast and coffee was available 24 hours which was a nice touch. Plenty of restaurants and cafes near by and we really appreciated having a lift at the property. The Manager was always available to help with suggestions for tours etc. and also helped us with a very early transfer which was much appreciated 😊

The only downside was the walk from the train station which had quite a lot of steps and the walk to the property with heavy cases which we found a bit of a challenge

Location was ideal. Easy & quick to explore nearby Cinque Terre by train. Levanto was a lovely small town. Don't be put off by the outside of this hotel, it is in an apartment block & takes up the 1st & 5th floor, but if you just want somewhere to sleep it is very good. The room was very big with kettle & safe & had a proper balcony with seats & sunloungers. Plenty of choice for breakfast.

Nothing - just surprised it was in amongst apartments.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The staff were super friendly, the breakfast was tasty, and the location was perfect for getting around. The lift was great so we didn't have to lug our heavy bag up stairs. Would definitely come back!

Room is good and seems to be renewed. Approx. 900mt from train station. Nice breakfast. They allowed me to do a early check in.

Stairs to access the reception. Parking space is near train station with a security access code. (Not all the hotel has parking space, so I’m not complaining about it, but sharing the information with other potential guests)

The location was fantastic, close to everything you need - train station, beach and lots of restaurants and cafes. Staff were so warm and welcoming! Brekkie was great - lots of options. It was also lovely having an access to filtered water and coffee and tea in the breakfast room throughout the stay. Room was lovely and spacious.

This hotel is nice located close to sea and very close to the "walking street". The entrance was not fancy but we were then happy to see our rooms modern and fresh ! Breakfast was very good and had a lot of selections, if you asked you could also get scrambled/fried eggs and pancakes. We liked this hotel. In Levento you could find many restaurants and you could also take the train to visit the "5 Terre"

All great, the hotel is right at a beach, in the city centre, walking distance to the train station. Breakfast was really good, you can ask for pancakes and scrambled eggs on top of what they have at the bufe. The coffee was also a good quality. The beds were comfy and the room was spacious.

Having access to tea and coffee in the room would be nice, but other than eveything was great.

Light & Airy room design. Very impressive breakfast selection. Easy access to free drinking water. Very friendly staff. Ideal location for doing Cinque Terre + Italian Rivera (10 mins walk to station).
