Location was great, rooms comfortable and clean, shower and bath facilities good

Check in wasn't so smooth - arrived late afternoon but rooms weren't ready - although the concierge was very polite and doing his best. Although overall breakfast was good, table make up took a long time, one staff member responded in an impatient way. Body wash in bathroom wasn't checked and empty after room was made up. Small things like this matter

Location in the heart of city center I took Suite and twin room connected to each other, both were very comfortable, AC was great, with city view. They put a lot of water bottles on daily basis Whatever we ask they provide instantly They take the car themselves when we arrive and take care of its parking

My daughter found long hair sticking on the shower wall and housekeeping didn’t notice or remove for the entire of our stay, really disgusting Asked staff to reduce our 5 nights stay for one night and they weren’t cooperative, then Booking.com settled the issue and refunded me the last night, hotel staff could’ve been more helpful but unfortunately they weren’t. SPA doesn’t have male masseurs for men, only female, hotel should understand the culture of regional guests and nature of their preferences.

Great location if you are into serious shopping as it is inside the biggest shopping mall in Bahrain. Salero, the Spanish restaurant is brilliant, so brilliant we decided to stay there so we could have some amazing paella, enjoy the amazing flamenco show and then go up to our room without worrying about driving a car, being tired, etc. Room was spacious, clean, comfortable. Service was great!

I find it too expensive, but I guess is Bahrain (plus, it was my birthday so it doesn't happen often). Ordered some room service and the food was ok, definitely didn't match the price, it could be way better.

Everything was perfect, and the hospitality level is great. Emad from the reception team was so helpfull and supporting during check in and check out. The Breakfast was amazing, and the Egyptian lady who was at the Restaurant reception (sorry I didn't get her name) was so nice and cheerful. The waiter Abdulwahed or Abdulhameed (sorry I missed the name on the tag) was very professional and supportive. It seems that the full team were well trained.

I loved the hotel rooms and the staff Specially Adnan Manager of public relations he was so helpfully with my loyalty card and gave me great tips The valet staff were excellent The Furn resturant staff were great and thecleaning staff specially Babo The quality of food is great and all facilities are amazing I would definitely stay there next time we had three rooms it was amazing

I would like to inform you that during our checkout we forgot a small back bag in the room , which contained a phone charge We are sure it was left in the room and it seems it may have been taken by the cleaning staff by mistake kindly .check with housekeeping and help us to locate the charger , We would really appreciate your support

Of course the location as a start... reception staff...valet parking staff,.. it's my 3rd time here..

Honestly the comforter smell... definitely wasn't changed before our arrival, as it smelled human odor 😕😞. The coffee packets didn't smell as coffee at all, I think it's been there awhile.

The staff were extremely friendly, espically Adnan and Ahmad. The services are fast.

The towels, robes, and bedding provided were torn. The cleaning service was not to my standards, I rate it 6.5/10.

Unfortunately the food but they are in a corrective phase, which I believe they could make without any issues. The management were very attuned to improvement and progress, which places them leaps and bounds ahead of many other chains

The housekeeping wasn’t good. Although very nice and always has a smile on her face, she didn’t clean the rooms properly at all, sometimes she wouldn’t even broom
