There's really is not a single negative thing to mention. We stayed in two apartments and both were very clean (spotless!), modern and quite big. The staff was very friendly and helpful; we felt very welcome. We had high expectations, but we did not expect it to be this good. The breakfast was very nice too and there's a supermarket pretty much next to the hotel. Thanks for the pleasant stay; we will definitely come back when we visit Cluj!

It was clean, nice, modern, new, spatious and we could park the car with the bikes attached in the underground garage. And that was 100% safe for the race bike.

Everything it was great, the only thing that I noticed is that for just 1h30' early checkin they were asking for 20euro. It was a situation that I never, ever met in all my checkin experience. I declined the unhospitality offer.

We were very pleased with the complimentary upgrade from a Standard to an Executive Apartment upon arrival, which was a lovely surprise. The receptionist, Ms. Ianko Melinda, was extremely kind, professional, and helpful throughout our stay — she truly stood out. Breakfast was delivered to our apartment right on time and was both delicious and well-prepared. The apartment was impeccably clean, modern, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The location was quiet and ideal for rest, with a view that was far better than apartments facing other buildings. If we had to mention one minor detail, the balcony was a bit narrow — but it didn’t affect our overall impression at all, especially considering the nice view. Note: having a car is definitely an advantage, as the hotel is located in a peaceful area slightly away from the city center.

Our flight to Cluj was delayed and we arrived past the check in schedule. Alin from reception waited for us and was very kind to check us in. The apartment is very spacious and you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The parking is tight, but it’s a secured underground parking. We enjoyed our short stay in the apartment and if we are in cluj, we will come back.

My husband and I were in Cluj for 3 days and our stay at Aparthotel Nox was beyond perfect. Everything from the professionalism, hospitality, helpfulness and politeness of every single employee that we met to the location of the hotel could not have been better for us. The hotel is new, very modern and tasteful decorated. Our apartment was spotless, very clean, the bed and the pillows were very comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The hotel has an underground parking garage and also above ground parking spaces for their guests. Right next to the hotel’s building there is a supermarket (Mega Image) and a pharmacy. The hotel is located in a very quiet neighborhood, about a 15-20 minute car ride to the center of the city. Parking in the center of the city could be a hassle like in any other major city, so we decided to use Uber, which worked out great for us, especially considering the cost to park in the city center. Cluj is an amazing city to visit, very vibrant and with lots of great things to do and our choice to stay at Aparthotel Nox was perfect from every single point of view.

NOX is the best place I visited in Cluj and I'll back for sure! The staff and the manager were exceptional, friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The hotel is ideally located, making it easy to access major attractions and public transportation. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. The rooms offer breathtaking views, adding an extra touch to the overall experience. Overall, NOX provides a wonderful stay with excellent service, a great location, and clean, comfortable rooms.

Simply amazing. Didn’t expect much, but was blown away. The apartments are great and spacious, and you can easily spend an entire month in them while feeling right at home. While we didn’t get the apartment facing the city, the view towards the forest area was also nice. The soundproofing of these rooms is good. When it comes to the interior design and the quality of materials used, no expense was spared. Even the furniture was really practical and comfortable. Everything (from the door handles to the light switches) were of premium quality. It was very clean as well. The parking is more than generous. While it takes some maneuvering to get into the underground space, the parking space outside is very easy to access and spacious. The staff were lovely. They were friendly, polite, helpful and also very professional. While it is a bit pricey, you really do get what you pay for.

The breakfast selection wasn’t really bad, but there’s a lot that could be improved upon. It is really lovely that you can select what you what to eat for the next day (and at what hour), and that the staff will deliver it to your door. However, the food itself wasn’t really something to write home about. There were 6 very similar options (from which 2 were vegetarian). During our two days, we tried 3 out of the 4 normal options. While the coffee and orange juice were good; the bread, cheese, eggs and meat slices weren’t the tastiest. They left us still feeling hungry and unfulfilled. Maybe it’s up to each person’s taste, but a bit more menu variety would really help.

The location was nice, next to the forest. The apartment was very spacious and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was great. It was also nice to have a terrace and a private parking.

On my side of the bed there was a dent in the mattress (maybe most guests slept there..). My husband, though, slept very well and found the bed very comfortable.

I think it's a big problem for people who sleep in complete darkness, because the curtains they have on the windows are not enough to cover the daylight that comes through and around those curtains. They need to do something to get complete darkness. The pillows are very hard and they need to have spare pillows that are a little softer.

Amazing apartments, fully equiped. The hotel is 10min away from the city center in a nice quiet neighborhood. Breakfast is served in the apartment. Impeccable service, clean and modern room as and facility. Parking available on site.

The pillows are a bit uncomfortable for my liking. They are a bit hard and high (thick). Walls are a bit thin - we could hear the neighbors.
