No doubt about how clean this property is! The room was very warm, likely thanks to the ondol heating system—warm enough without feeling too dry. One thing to note is that hot food is not allowed in the rooms, and guests are encouraged to use the common kitchen area instead. While this might be inconvenient for some, we found it helpful for maintaining the property’s cleanliness and tidiness. For example, we had instant noodles in the common area, which worked out well.

As I mentioned what I liked, there are a couple of downsides to note. You’re not able to have hot food in the room, and the shower doesn’t have a curtain or booth, so water can easily spill onto the bathroom floor, leaving puddles after a shower.

AMAZING value for money. I had one of the most comfortable sleeps of my life in these beds. It was so clean and everything was provided for us. We also used the downstairs kitchen facilities which were amazing. It’s in a great location, super close to the bus station and the rest of the town’s attractions.

close to bus/train station (and also bus stop for Bulguksa Temple). close to several 7elevens and bakeries. walk distance to main sightseeing. quiet street, did not ear anything from outside. comfy bed, good size bedroom (with small fridge) kitchen available, with coffee/tea amenities.

the AC, there was no middle ground, too cold if on, too warm if not. towels given are really too small (but that's the norm in Korea). nothing important, really.

The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was super clean. The room was serviced and towels changed daily. There was a large kitchen available for guest use. Laundry facilities were available but I did not use them. I liked that you could open a window.

Though conveniently located between bus stations and main historic area, I didn’t like the street it was in, though it didn’t really matter once you were inside.

The room was very clean and had lots of space. The lobby area has a kitchen for guests where you can get water, do some laundry, cook/store food. The receptionist was kind and welcoming. The hotel is close to the bus terminal, so if you arrive by bus you can walk to the hotel. There's also a bus stop that can get you to Gyeongju Station within 30 minutes. The hotel is within walking distance to some of the main attractions (15-20 minutes). Overall a lovely stay and would definitely recommend!

The Hotel was in a good location quite central with restaurants nearby and a 7-Eleven at the corner (always handy). The room was bigger than I thought and the bathroom too. The beds were comfy. The room was clean. As expected, the shower does not have a glass to separate it from the rest of the bathroom but no problem because the bathroom is big enough that you do not end up flooding the whole bathroom. The staff were nice and helpful. Overall I really like the Hotel!!

Nice clean room, fairly close to the bus terminal. Room has mini fridge and nice desk, as well as some charging cables by the bed. Hotel has a kitchen fully equipped that the guests can use for doing their own breakfast/ meals. Comfy beds and not located too far from the city’s attractions.

Shower bathroom (no separation between shower and the remaining of the bathroom), so most things get fairly wet as expected. Also ac was not working, so the room was too hot during the full stay.

Hotel was located close by Bus Express Terminal stop. You will be able to explore the entire city by walking or rent a bicycle. Also bus bound for Bulguksa stops there too. Hotel was very spacious and located in a quiet street (we could even sleep with an open window). Many nice small restaurants close by.

Excellent location, 5 min walk from the express bus terminal. I took the express bus from Seoul, so this was very helpful. Walking distance to all the main attractions in Gyeongju and 5 min walk to the bus stop to go to Bulguksa temple. The room was very modern and clean. The man on reception spoke good English and was helpful and friendly. Highly recommend staying here.

Great experience! 1. Clean, neat, spacious twin room and bathroom. The bed has linen (some other Korean hotels didn't have this). Double windows block any noise, although the street didn't seem to be noisy anyway. 2. A fully equipped kitchen on the 1st floor. There's even a lift (most other hotels didn't have it). 3. Good location: close to the bus terminal (walking distance). Close to the tombs. 4. Staff is polite and speaks English. Quickly responded to all messages. Kept my luggage after the check out.

No curtain in the bathroom, so the shower area isn't separated, but that's very common in Korea.
