Location was perfect for us visiting family nearby. Access was easy via a code getting into the main building but because it was office hours we didn't realise the key for our apartment was at reception which was hidden around the corner from the main door. However, receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. Apartment was spacious with great views over the park and out to Brussels centre. It was easy to park outside whilst we unloaded. We got a ticket for 15 minutes which was free as we weren't using the parking at the apartment. Was able to get two BBC channels on TV so could keep up with news. Bed was quite comfy. Easy access into Brussels on the Metro which is a short walk away. European Commission is close by. Plenty of bus routes from outside the apartment block but beware, one of the stops is alighting only and the stop for getting on is on the other side of the park. The locals are friendly and will help you if you need advice. There is a selection of bars nearby, some selling food but check times. We found a couple of small supermarkets close by for groceries which are open late. There is a quality chocolate shop a couple of minutes walk away called Centho. Go in for your free sample. It's expensive but worth it. We will probably stop here again if we're in the area and hopefully will be able to give higher scores if we're in a refurbished room. Overall, we would recommend this property. Can't comment on breakfast as we did our own thing.

The room and bathroom needs updating. Fridge didn't work properly which we reported on our departure. This was a problem as there was a heatwave and it was difficult keeping food cool (and beer!). Apparently there is a rolling programme of rooms being refurbished. A cutting board in the kitchen would have been useful and a bit more equipment. It was very basic. Room was hot. We were able to put the room temp controls on minimum which helped a bit and circulated the air. It was difficult to open and close curtains but that will probably be resolved when the room is refurbished.

Top! Rooms were very nice and convenient. The location is close to the metro, making it easy to access every part of Brussels. Thanks to its location, taxi service wasn't costly if you travel to airport or train stations (Brussel North or Central station) The Parliament and the Commission are just a few minutes away on foot – ideal if you're on a business trip for that purpose. Check-in and check-out were smooth. I left completely satisfied with my stay.

One of the rooms were a bit dark – the lightings seemed poorly positioned, but it’s nothing to complain about. Just a friendly recommendation to the owner to consider improving it.

Superb location. Safe and close to the subway and the city centre. The room is more than spacious and fully equipped. Additional amenities such as the filtered water dispenser on the 5th floor is a plus.

The hotel in general appears old (rooms and furniture) and could use a renovation; however, if expectations are managed according to the fair price, one cannot complain.

The location is great if you travel for work (walking distance to all EU institutions) and if you like morning runs (proximity to the park). The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast is served only on the week days when I did not have time for it. I would have had enjoyed it on the week-end. The space is great but the interior may need some renovation, especially the carpets (in generally, in my opinion, hotels should not have carpets as it is impossible to make them clean after guests coming and going; especially when they get older).

The apartment was clean and the kitchen were equipped with all needed for cooking and staying there comfortably. Very close to bus station to go to city center. The neighborhood very quiet and clean and family friendly.

It was mentioned that the view was toward the square (which is nice, as there is a park and open area), but the apartment was actually on the corner and did not have a square view.

Room were good and clean. Location was very good, mutiple bus stops, super markets aroun 100m of the property. Check in and check out were touchless and smooth.

We stayed there for 4 nights. There was not option for change the beding and not enough toiletries, tissues, garbage bags. Sofa bed is not very comfortable but managebale.

Very large apartment, with plenty of space, making it very comfortable. The bed was a bit low, and we noticed one of the trash cans had trash in it. They forgot to clean it, but everything else was in excellent condition. The staff was very friendly when we received us. The location wasn't very central, but it was quiet and safe. A very good experience.

Room is spacious and comfortable, equipped with all one needs for a stay including an equipped kitchen and a work area. Bathroom is spacious and had all that one would expect. Bed was very comfortable. There was a safe and a large wardrobe with hangers in the room

There was not enough lighting in the room. Although there was an ironing board there wasn't an iron in the room.

Location was excellent! The apartment was spacious and it was convenient to store the luggage after the checkout.

Apartment was located on the first floor and windows had no day curtains which meant no privacy when night curtains opened. Therefore no daylight if you don't want to be exposed as on the stage. It was not possible to connect wifi.

Excellent room and location

They do not clean every day. Staff were excellent and helpful, when they were available during office hours. However, this is not very convenient for people arriving after 7 or 8pm in the evening.
