The entire stay was amazing ,staff was friendly and very polite. I will definitely be staying at this one again. The cleaning staff did an awesome job with keeping our room immaculate.

The only thing was a fire alarm going off at 230 am. Staff was great about reassuring us that everything was ok.

It was very clean and had fresh decor, had a pool which I didn’t use but family staying in the same hotel enjoyed, great variety of breakfast options and wonderful sitting area with plenty of room. Young man who checked us in was very polite. Also, they have TWO working elevators - so convenient when moving out in the morning!

Could use better, clearer signage to guide us to the property. Overgrown foliage removed-taller illuminated signage may help...frustrating trying to negotiate arrival as a late night check-in.

Room 224 is facing outside light at night which not convenient for someone need dark room for sleep. Smell in the room but could be the season time. AC normal noise

Stayed her last minute due to area power outage; made reservation on line. Hotel is less than 1/2 hour from home, but it had heat and we were happy! The ladies at the front desk were amazing, considering the crazieness of the moment. I was concerned at first about the huge number of kids there to use the pool, but am happy to say our room was pretty quiet. King room was tiny and sparse, but had what we needed. No frills, that's for sure!

Lots of people wandering the parking lot at night with no apparent security. Prime area for crime, lots of hotels all grouped together with no oversight. I wouldn't even think of this except we just had a mass shooting at MSU, an hour away Hotel is not well marked and hard to find if you aren't from the area. Signage is poor. Once you get to the area, there are many hotels grouped together sharing parking lots.

Very clean and updated rooms, an in door pool, staff was very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast did not offer a good selection only cereal and maybe oatmeal and eggs, we paid for a room with breakfast, however we ate out.

Clean hotel staff was nice, they gave us our room earlier because we had a wedding to attend to

We hardly had time to have breakfast on Labor Day Monday. They started removing food at 9 we told them it’s a holiday but they said it’s a week day and breakfast is done at 9.

Breakfast was very good. The location was great very convenient. The front desk staff and the breakfast attendant were friendly and efficient.

The mattress was too hard for me as a side sleeper. The housekeeping staff were talking very loudly in the hall while I was trying to rest.

Staff at the front desk were very welcoming at checkout in. Also the hostess for breakfast greeted us! Staff at checkout “thanked us and wished us safe traveling home in the extreme inclement weather”.

Rooms were so clean and comfortable, and the staff were so nice and helpful!

The chlorine in the pool area was so strong, that it started making my eyes burn and making my children cough. But the pool was clean and not too busy
