Beautiful hotel with a great location, modern and luxurious. One of the employees Andres was great with great personality and charisma . He made my trip a lot of fun. Definitely I will come back next year 🙏🏻

I wish the bathroom has a door. Gel & champú & body lotion a little too far from the shower so when you have to get soap gets cold . Need a magnifier mirror, I was surprised that the room did not have one . At the restaurant serves need to offer water 💧 💦 yo the guests . I had ti go to the bar while dining to get a glass of water . Rooftop Bar AMBRA needed more heaters. Kind of cold in July .

This hotel is one of the best in this district - we stood 4 nights. Bed making: The white clean sheets and blankets of the bed got me very comfortable into my resting sleep. The breakfast was great, but not 5* exceptional. The location is great - we had a nice room with a sea view. Seeing the waves coming in is very relaxing. The bar at the rooftop is great in comparison to rooftops at 4* hotels within the same district. Despite a bit far from the old city centre - if visiting Lima, I would pick this spot again.

Some chairs in the breakfast room are not very comfortable. Two nights without warm water due to issues with the districts gas pipeline (not a hotel issue)!

The staff is kind and very professional. We loved our rooms and the beds are amazing! The food served is from great quality. We enjoyed the breakfast and food that we ordered when we had drinks in the evening.

We asked for hotel pick up and we`re told we had to write to a certain email adress to confirm the pickup. We wrote an email but never got any reply. We texted the hotel and said this was not the procedure. We showed it was as we had a text message from the hotel saying we needed to. Make sure you check the communication properly as it happens they forget about sending you a taxi.

Pullman hotel in Miraflores is a luxury option in a very good location - near the Ocean ( which you see from the windows and rooftop pool and bar), in the heart of lively and safe Miraflores district. the rooms are spacious, very clean and comfy.. beds heavenly ( best sleep ever after a long haul flight) coffee machine and kettle in the rooms - very handy with big time difference to Europe you can do your tea and coffee everytime.. very good restaurant and bar at the hotel, very nice& quick room service, super nice and helpful portiers ... we stayed there finally 5 nights ( 3 at arrival, and 2 before flight back to Europe) - its a safe and luxurious haven in Lima

few minor things - only paper cups in the room, not very comfy for hot tea.. some noises in the night - the area is very lively, and there are sounds of music from rooftop/ club and cars from the street - so even in Pullmann you need earplugs ( and then - you will sleep like a baby :)) Some days the price of the night is very elevated.

Breakfast was extraordinary. There was a large variety of food to choose from every day & it was delicious! The staff was helpful & friendly at every encounter - the front desk staff, at breakfast, cleaning staff, bar staff, etc... We were there from America for a family wedding. The Pullman has a few areas to get together with a group of people, so we at places to spend time together, instead of just hanging out in rooms - like the restaurant on the 1st floor with a pool table & bar, the roof top pool & bar area, breakfast, etc....

It was absolutely beautiful, modern, comfortable. The location was very convenient.

Not necessarily something we didn’t like, and not sure how many of the rooms have this, but the shower had this cool clear glass window facing the bed. I was traveling with my husband so this wasn’t an issue, but it could make someone traveling with someone they aren’t close to like that uneasy because unless the person in the bedroom turns their back to the shower they’ve got a direct window into the shower to look at. We were upgraded into this room type at check in (I believe it may have been a deluxe king?) so I’m not sure exactly what type of room it was. We thought it was a fun feature, but just something to be aware of.

The hotel is wonderful! The bed was very comfortable. The location is perfectly close to the beach boardwalk and parks overlooking the ocean. The fitness room was nice too. We left very early in the morning, and the front desk had fruit and pastries and coffee.

The pool. We booked a room at this hotel specifically for the pool. Both nights we stayed we were uncomfortable using the pool. The first night there were many people at the bar and the pool sits immediately next to the pool. It feels really exposed, no privacy. The next night there was a private party at the rooftop bar and the music was SO LOUD. And when it did die down, it was too cold to swim. I was so bummed. Also, breakfast buffet is hella expensive! We didn’t look to see if it was worth it or not, but just walk a little ways down the street and you can get a full breakfast for two for a third of the cost.

This (4) night stay was an extension of an original booking of a (5) night stay. I did leave a review for the 1st half of the week already. To continue - after (9) nights there, i would stay again. From the helpful, friendly staff, to the amenities, cleanliness, amazing breakfast spready, food variety & quality in the dining room, it was a great location to stay for a week with family & friends for a local Lima wedding! We enjoyed wandering around the area & always felt safe.

Superb hotel, very clean, modern and quiet. We were on the fifth floor, street view. Spacious room. Lima was a bit hazy and misty so didn’t miss not having a view. Staff were great. Breakfast delicious and à la carte. Rooftop pool was heated, nice area for a drink when sunnier, I’d imagine.

Would have appreciated some mini bar drinks/snacks in the room
