We rested with the children, came to the holiday for the new year. The hotel is excellent: location, air, nature, chalets, sauna, warmth. Breakfast is deliciously cooked. We were lucky with the weather, it was fabulously beautiful. I want to go back.

We arrived at 17.00, the apartments were not ready and we had to wait an hour for reception. We asked a few hours before the right time to call a taxi to go to the city for the evening, the managers promised that there would be no problem. There was a problem, the taxi was not ordered in advance, so we couldn't go to Budapest for the new year's meeting with the whole family.

I arrived at the Hotel in the afternoon, and since the moment i step in, i felt welcomed. Immediately i received my keys and all the informations about the structure, plus a recommendation on a restaurant, that i tried the next day, that was simply amazing. During my stay, i needed help, and the staff immediately took care. I would like to add also, that during the breakfast i felt like at home, all the faciity was clean and neet, the sauna in my chalet was perfect. for the first time in months, i slept 8 hours in a row, if you want to find peace, this is the right place. Also connection wifi was perfect even outside the chalets. I Really enjoyed my stay, the service was simply one of the best i had. Looking forward to book again in this structure 😍😍🤩🤩

I liked the fact that we had a big room with all the necessary things from the little kitchen to even the clothes dryer useful mostly during summer season. I liked the fact that it had a variety of things that you could eat at breakfast and also the fact that the room was very well heated and it even had a balcony. The facilities were great and also the location was very nice. The location is close to the city center, but you must use your car to get there as the closest bus station is around 30 minutes away

The fact that we didn't receive soap or shower gel in the bathroom was a bit disappointing. I didn't like the fact that the room wasn't luminous enough at night because of the chosen bulbs

The hotel has spacious wooden cabins, a nice outside pool and a couple of tennis courts, and is located in a beautiful green area. But most of all, the staff was exceptionally helpful when we had some bad luck during our stay. One thing that happened was that hornets had built a nest on the outside wall of our cabin, right on the bathroom ventilation. We found that out because one had found its way into our bathroom. We reported it to reception and they had the nest removed by professional pest control, and gave us a different cabin in the meantime. We were very impressed by the prompt and friendly help we got!

I was in this hotel for the second time and both times it was very relaxing and pleasant stay. The views are astonishing and calming. During the heat wave air conditioning was irreplaceable - it should be mentioned on booking ! Pools could be open a little bit longer Staff was very friendly and helpful Breakfast was tasty but it is a bit boring after more than 3 days - small change would be great , like one individual dish for each day Kitchen is greatly equipped- even have the wine opener :)

Rooms were not greatly soundproof , although the hotel itself is very quiet, so it didn't bother us

Location is secluded and peaceful. A green oasis. Rooms are big, clean and air conditioning is really nice. Pool was a great extra thing, that made us choose this location. Bathroom water pressure is excellent. And you can also cook inside your room, everything needed is provided.

Breakfast experience could have been better. There were simply too many people having breakfast at the same time, therefore not enough sitting options. Seemed like we were on a race, to get food and find a place where to enjoy it. Also, coffee should be improved. We wanted to get dinner, got to the restaurant at 8.20 PM but they were closing down at that time. Claimed they have too many orders for just one chef. The road to the resort is in pretty bad shape, so patience is advised. Also, we waited for half an hour just to check-in as the process is quite slow, even with reservations. There were 2 people in front of us, but it took 30 minutes. Overall, we sensed that they have too many rooms and services provided and are just short of staff.

When we visited Budapest, it was +35C' therefore, we were looking for a place close to the city (20 - 25min driving distance) outside the city, where we could walk out with dogs, too. We stayed at separate chalets. It is big enough for 3 persons and two dogs, and it has its own terrace. I guess even in every house there would be someone the distance between houses is good enough not to disturb each other. The swimming pool inside is very warm (at least for me). There is also a small pool for dogs and a lot of space around where to walk. Breakfast was the proper one - all good. We were sitting outside with dogs, but I think it was allowed also to be inside. BTW, if you are planning to visit the left side, then this is a very good parking - MÉLYGARÁZS VÁRKERT BAZÁR. On Friday evening, there was a lot of space. Price - 4.5EUR for 3 hours.

The only thing I would wish for is AC, as it was very hot outside. However, we were sleeping with open windows, and it was all good.

The area is amazing, lots of nature, the birds are singing... Our chalet was very cosy with everything you need including a private sauna and a lovely veranda overlooking the greenery. The staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was very good. The only thing we regret is that we couldn't stay longer to use all the great facilities (swimming pool) 😁

The boiler wasn't working although new (no hot water). We attended an event in the hotel until late, and the repairman could come in the morning when we were leaving. Anyway, it was summertime so it didn't spoil the overall impression much.

Perfect place for a get away. We had a little house which had everything one would need for a short holiday. Fully equipped kitchen, living room with comfortable sofa bed, small coffee table and dining table, bedroom, hallway with cupboard, clothes rack for if you need to dry something, sauna, terrace with table and chairs. You can use indoor and outdoor swimming pools and tennis court. Not too far from Budapest city center(you will need a car though). Reception staff was very nice and friendly, ready to help with anything. We loved it! Place to go back to!

Quite large room, new air conditioning (not announced in booking), mini-kitchen in the room, countryside feeling of the hotel area. Helpful staff in the reception.

Cooked food in the breakfast was not enough warm (time around 8:30), likely the re-heating bowls not working properly, also the tea water container far from 100 degrees. The access to the hotel is not nice, a section of bad quality road quite dark in the evening (better to have a torch for walking). Difficult regulation of the shower.
