The surroundings are very peaceful, the apartments are very well equipped and the whole area and facilities are very well kept. WiFi was very good. Excellent surroundings for walks.

The staff speak very little English, which is ok for the reception areas but not great in the restaurants. Room cleaning was not done daily. Getting anywhere from here is a problem if you don’t have a car. And there’s not much to do beyond pool, a tennis court, and a bar/restaurant, which can be a positive if you just want some quiet days.

The location is absolutely superb – only 20 minutes from the city center, yet it feels like a peaceful oasis in nature. The air is fresh, the atmosphere is quiet, and the whole place radiates a positive vibe. The wooden cabins are well spaced, offering privacy and comfort without any disturbance from neighbors. Everything is well maintained, with mosquito nets and a fabulous terrace that makes it easy to relax and enjoy the surroundings. A perfect retreat for anyone looking to combine nature with easy access to the city with car!

Breakfast was okay overall, but there’s definitely room for improvement in both quality and consistency. Some mornings at 8:00 AM the selection was generous, but by 9:00 AM on other days, many items were already gone. The juice and coffee machines were often out of order, and the toaster seemed more suited for a small apartment kitchen than for a hotel buffet. It really feels like the breakfast area could use a proper facelift, ideally guided by someone with real experience in hospitality and food service.

We enjoyed our stay here. The chalets were spacious and clean. We had sauna as a part of bathroom which we enjoyed. Since we visited during the summer, the pool, which was free of charge, was great. The staff was very helpful.

You just have to have a car to get here, since it is far away from everything, but we did not mind it that much. Since the chalets are made out of wood, each of our step was making a noise. The sofa was old and not the most comfortable one, it was used as a extendable bed which i can not imagine how uncomfortable that much be. So i do not recommend that option.

We rested with the children, came to the holiday for the new year. The hotel is excellent: location, air, nature, chalets, sauna, warmth. Breakfast is deliciously cooked. We were lucky with the weather, it was fabulously beautiful. I want to go back.

We arrived at 17.00, the apartments were not ready and we had to wait an hour for reception. We asked a few hours before the right time to call a taxi to go to the city for the evening, the managers promised that there would be no problem. There was a problem, the taxi was not ordered in advance, so we couldn't go to Budapest for the new year's meeting with the whole family.

I arrived at the Hotel in the afternoon, and since the moment i step in, i felt welcomed. Immediately i received my keys and all the informations about the structure, plus a recommendation on a restaurant, that i tried the next day, that was simply amazing. During my stay, i needed help, and the staff immediately took care. I would like to add also, that during the breakfast i felt like at home, all the faciity was clean and neet, the sauna in my chalet was perfect. for the first time in months, i slept 8 hours in a row, if you want to find peace, this is the right place. Also connection wifi was perfect even outside the chalets. I Really enjoyed my stay, the service was simply one of the best i had. Looking forward to book again in this structure 😍😍🤩🤩

I liked the fact that we had a big room with all the necessary things from the little kitchen to even the clothes dryer useful mostly during summer season. I liked the fact that it had a variety of things that you could eat at breakfast and also the fact that the room was very well heated and it even had a balcony. The facilities were great and also the location was very nice. The location is close to the city center, but you must use your car to get there as the closest bus station is around 30 minutes away

The fact that we didn't receive soap or shower gel in the bathroom was a bit disappointing. I didn't like the fact that the room wasn't luminous enough at night because of the chosen bulbs

The hotel has spacious wooden cabins, a nice outside pool and a couple of tennis courts, and is located in a beautiful green area. But most of all, the staff was exceptionally helpful when we had some bad luck during our stay. One thing that happened was that hornets had built a nest on the outside wall of our cabin, right on the bathroom ventilation. We found that out because one had found its way into our bathroom. We reported it to reception and they had the nest removed by professional pest control, and gave us a different cabin in the meantime. We were very impressed by the prompt and friendly help we got!

I was in this hotel for the second time and both times it was very relaxing and pleasant stay. The views are astonishing and calming. During the heat wave air conditioning was irreplaceable - it should be mentioned on booking ! Pools could be open a little bit longer Staff was very friendly and helpful Breakfast was tasty but it is a bit boring after more than 3 days - small change would be great , like one individual dish for each day Kitchen is greatly equipped- even have the wine opener :)

Rooms were not greatly soundproof , although the hotel itself is very quiet, so it didn't bother us

Location in a green area, 2 types of swimming pools - outside and inside, tasty breakfasts with variety of choice, living in a wooden house in an area belonging to the hotel, air-conditioning in rented house, 20 minutes by car to Budapest city center.

Bathroom was not cleaned well, no towels exchange during our stay (3 days), hotel needs renovation - I think I would not stay in the hotel building, but the wooden houses are good.

Location is secluded and peaceful. A green oasis. Rooms are big, clean and air conditioning is really nice. Pool was a great extra thing, that made us choose this location. Bathroom water pressure is excellent. And you can also cook inside your room, everything needed is provided.

Breakfast experience could have been better. There were simply too many people having breakfast at the same time, therefore not enough sitting options. Seemed like we were on a race, to get food and find a place where to enjoy it. Also, coffee should be improved. We wanted to get dinner, got to the restaurant at 8.20 PM but they were closing down at that time. Claimed they have too many orders for just one chef. The road to the resort is in pretty bad shape, so patience is advised. Also, we waited for half an hour just to check-in as the process is quite slow, even with reservations. There were 2 people in front of us, but it took 30 minutes. Overall, we sensed that they have too many rooms and services provided and are just short of staff.
