Location was perfect. The staff were lovely and so helpful. The apartment and complex and pool area was spotless and everything you would need to be self catering. We didn’t cook anything. Everything was new and fresh. It is a small complex and this added to his relaxing vibe.

The two single beds we had were not very sturdy and nosy when you turned in your sleep. And as they were situated in the front of the apartment you could hear noise from other people in the hotel at night. Also some instructions for the air con would be helpful y.

Spotless clean accommodation. Great location. 10 mins walk to the beach, a few minutes to restaurants and supermarkets. 45 mins from Alicante airport, taxi cost approx £75 each way.

Not enough sunbeds around the pool however, we stayed at the end of July so I presume this would not be the case at other times.

online check in explained clearly and I was contacted after arrival to ensure I had no problems. A small selection of tea and coffee was available in the apartment as well as some bottled water, which was a nice touch. The room was sufficient for 4 people on a short stay but would be great for 2 for a longer stay. Easy walk to town centre.

Everything needed was there It was very clean

One of the mattresses had a deep dip in and was not comfortable. It's very noisy you can hear people scraping of furniture on the floors morning and night and loud voices. They need to stick pads under the furniture

We loved our stay at Nacsvi. It was chic and fashionably designed, with personal approach from Daniel and all his staff. The outdoor area was always clean and smart with lounge music playing in the background. And the coffee was always perfect!

The only thing that could’ve been better was the fact that rooms might be better soundproof as we could sometimes hear noise from the other rooms.

Very nice apartment, very clean, with amenities that usually you only get in hotels. Staff very friendly.

Read some nice reviews of the chiringuito on the pool, but was closed. Same with the coffee area in the buliding.

Clean and nice, with all amenities and big TV. Swimming pool open even though it was late October. Reception lady very lovely. Arrived late in the evening but she was still there to hand over key.

The bed was hard and next to a window facing the hallway which had see-through drapes. Slept in the sofabed in the living room.

Had an amazing stay here. It's been 2 weeks since it's open, so everything was new. You can find anything that you need and so comfortable. Perfect location for taking a walk to beach, restaurants, just next to the parking area. Balcony had a beautiful view. The staff and owners were so friendly. Strongly recommend!!

Very nice but small apartment. Beds could be of better quality but the very nice staff brought an extra mattress. Excellent pool and overall a very good stay.
