We had a great stay at Elenahouse. Firstly, I’m a bit picky when it comes to beds, and the bed was super comfy. It’s very nice with the two balconies on each side, both for air and for looking at the local life/greenery, and the air con keeps it cool enough in summer. Lovely high ceilings and very central in an interesting neighborhood. Davide was very helpful and responsive and organized to drive us to the airport in the early morning, which made the stay stress free.

Not anything particular. If you aren’t used to stairs, be aware that it’s not usual with lifts in these old houses. No problem for us.

Rosalinda was very responsive and greeted us during our check-in. Room was very clean and loved the character and the balcony to watch the street action! Provided shampoo/soap and makeup remover was great. They also do a small turndown service included but do not replace towels to be more sustainable which we appreciated. Great location to explore Palermo and really enjoyed the proximity to several great alleyways outside the ZTL/pedestrian zone that were lively and less touristy than Via Maqueda. We had a great visit! We parked at the central stazione P1 to really ensure our rental car was safe for three nights. 9 min walk to the room!

Unfortunately the WiFi wasn’t great for us. We could sign onto it, but it did not allow us to use it. (We were researching restaurants on Google and it would not load for us.) We ended up having to use our phone service for the trip.

Rosalinda is a great host and provided good communications and great information and recommendations in the surroundings and suggestions of what to see and where to eat. Her English is excellent. We had a small issue, on which we sought her advice, and she responded to our query promptly and resolutely. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable. Coffee and biscotti were provided even though breakfast was not included. Proximity to Via Vittorio Emmanuele for meal options was wonderful.

We found it a little hard to locate. Perhaps we missed it, but a photo of the frontage on the booking page might have helped.

A great location in an historical palazzo just between the outer part of the city center (close to the railway main station) and the old town of Palermo. Walking distance to all the major monuments and historical landmarks of the old town, and the seafront. The hosts are super welcoming and kind for any request. Totally recommended!

Not much. The area is pretty busy, especially in the weekend, so don't expect a quiet street. Anyway we didn't have problems to sleep, being on the third floor. Parking can be tricky, ask advice to the host.

Quiet location in a very central location. Beautiful charming older style apartment with a stunning central courtyard. The room was large and comfortable with a kettle and fridge. Coffee and tea making facilities also in the lobby. The host, Rosalinda, was charming and helpful. Previously we have stayed in a noisy location in the centrohistorico but we enjoyed this setting and super comfortable and well equipped room more as it was in a quieter place without all the tourists under the window.

Everything was wonderful

Asusa suits are beautiful and comfortable rooms .The owners are wonderful people. They helped us a lot. We had a problem that happened right on Christmas, and they immediately came to solve the situation. Thanks for that. (We got home safely). The rooms are neat and clean and decorated with taste. What a gem! We made a last minute decision to stay in Palermo overnight and very glad we did. Beautiful room with a shared sitting room. Fun Little old fashioned elevator. The hostess was gracious and communicated well. The room was large enough, with a fully stocked mini fridge at very reasonable prices. Within walking distance of everything I wanted to see.

Parking was a bit tricky but we were lucky.

Kitchen could be better equiped with utensils (eg: no cork screw, frying pan needs replacing) Addition of back cushions on ‘sofa’ bed would have increased comfort.

Wonderful stay! Location was perfect, suite was cozy and comfortable with more than enough space. We loved the coffee in the morning. Rosalinda was amazing in helping us with questions, parking etc. Would definitely stay here next time in Palermo

great location. close to train station and many city attractions, all within walking distance. room was clean and taken care of. communication with owners was easy and very quick to respond to any questions. room was in a modernised apartment with a view onto the courtyard which has its charm. The old elevator in the building is a fantastic piece of history that is a great bonus.
