It is sometimes difficult to choose a city centre hotel, as you want good value for money, but also a good location. This hotel really ticks all of the boxes, the location is superb, literally around the corner from the main square where the Duomo is situated. Hotel was exactly as explained, a nice little boutique hotel, room was exceptional in terms of size and comfort. Staff also very attentive, especially the front desk staff, who were helpful with taxis or other queries. Breakfast was also very good, great choice all round for all tastes.

Nothing that we expected to be better, very pleased with all aspects of the hotel and would highly recommend this hotel if you are planning a 2-3 night stay in Milan.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! — The location is excellent: right in the city centre, yet very quiet. I was worried about the view facing another building and possible noise, but the soundproofing was great and the room was peaceful. — The rooms are small, but very cosy and comfortable. — Breakfast was included and really good. I also liked the restaurant where it was served – very pleasant atmosphere. — Special thanks to the receptionist: she was very kind and helpful. We were a bit late with check-out, and she kindly allowed us to leave our luggage in the room for a little longer. That made our trip much easier.

Location and breakfast are great, room is spacious, modern and nice ... but Italian finishing so not all perfect like bathroom and toilet doors, faucet, ... are substandard in quality (not closing well) but very good in appearance

We had asked for a quiet room and were given a very nice last level upgrade room but with the big vent engine vibrating and making permanent noise, when we simply asked to change for something quieter, reception was polite but we had the impression to be the one annoying and demanding beyond expectation telling us it's a not a 5 stars comfort you should expect for this price ... all other staff have been very nice for rest of the stay.

Great location in the heart of the city. Lovely decor in the rooms with all facilities you'd need for a city break. We even got a kettle and milk when we requested them from the concierge. Good selection at breakfast. Staff were really helpful and friendly.

We had to change our room from the top floor due to noise from aircon units running on the roof constantly. New room was on the third floor which had the normal city noises including the tram but one would expect this from a city. Water pressure in shower could have been better.

It has what I was usually like on breakfast. Eggs, salad, ham, cheese and exceptional croissants! The atmosphere was also very nice and cosy. Privacy and silent atmosphere with very fast service. Our cappuccino prepared in less than two minutes every day. We strongly suggest to the customers to use reception desk to arrange a taxi whenever they needed. Much faster and cheaper than other sources. Many thanks to Eleonora and Omema from the front desk. So polite and efficient!

The only small minor issue was the orange juice but this doesn't change my whole perspective of the breakfast.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Hotel. It is located right in the heart of Milan and within 300 meters of the Cathedral. The room was very comfortable with all the amenities that we needed. Breakfast was very good with a great selection to choose from, backed up by good staff. Really good central Hotel.

Newly renovated, nice size room, comfy bed. Great central location. Reception staff were proactive and very helpful. Housekeeping were excellent.

The bathrooms (while beautiful and aesthetic) have little privacy from the room. Not a problem for singles/couples but something to be aware of when booking. The tram line nearby shakes the building as the trams go past. If you’re a light sleeper, it may not be ideal. Breakfast was fine but the same every day. Probably not worth the price but overall it was a good stay.

The bed was very comfortable, and the room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The location is superb—just a short 3 to 5-minute walk to the Duomo and the main shopping areas. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Overall, we had a great stay. The only minor downside was that the breakfast options could be improved.

Nothing that we don’t like besides the breakfast options can be improved.

The location was perfect for all the sites we wanted to see. The breakfast was outstanding and delicious. It was a great experience.

Unfortunately our toilet leaked so we had to change rooms after first night. Then on leaving day the elevator didn’t work. We were on floor 5 so bringing down large suitcases with over 60 steps was not fun or easy. We did finally have a staff person bring them down after I brought it down to floor 2. Also scheduled a taxi for a flat fee of 120 euros with the hotel. But when we got to airport he charged 130 euros.
