A great B&B. Room 2 was exceptional, a really comfortable bed, a large sitting room and a well appointed bathroom. The sea and the High Street are a short walk away.

Lucy, was very friendly and showed us to our roo . On entering our room we noticed how clear and fresh looking it was . There was a two seater sofa, and the tea and coffee making facilities, and also a large bottle of drinking water. The bed was really good. With clean white bedding. The bathroom was a little small but it was ok. Breakfast was lovely and tasty. Overall it was a great photo stay.
The only issue was the bath. The shower was good, but drying myself was a little bit awkward, Otherwise everything really good.

We can highly recommend the place. The staff was super nice and helpful. The service was indeed great. The rooms were bright, clean and welcoming. Instant coffee, tea, chocolate, sugar, cream etc. in the room was filled up when needed. The breakfast was also super. We should not think of anything. The parking area behind the building was also super cool, and among other things the very reason why we picked The Sleep-In Hare B&B. The little and personal terrace in front of the house was also very nice. We enjoyed the view when we ate breakfast. We were not disappointed and we enjoyed the stay very much. Greatings and many thanks from Lars & Anni (Denmark)

Only stayed the one night but it met all our expectations. We were in Room 4 (twin bedded); a large room with the nice touch of a dressing area as you go through into the bathroom (large shower - plentiful hot water). Plenty of room to put the suitcase out of the way and a large full length mirror. A nice touch in the bathroom - a shower mat. So many properties do not provide these but very welcome when they do. Plenty of tea and coffee sachets, milk and a couple of packs of biscuits. A large bottle of water was provided too. Very comfortable mattresses too. As it was a Sunday, breakfast was served between 8.30 to 9.30 am. Pleasant dining room and good service - nothing was to much trouble. The B&B is a short walk (10 minutes) to the sea front and we ate in the recommended "Ship Inn". We did not book but at 6.00 pm, the staff easily fitted us in. Excellent food with a pleasant view overlooking the sea. Lovely walk towards the twin towers of Reculver. Would return for another stay should we visit this area again.
Although it is excellent to have a separate small area to make a tea/coffee, we found that trying to fit all onto the tiered suitcases (although a novel idea) was at times tricky. When the kettle dripped, it fell into the plentiful teabags as they were so near to where the cups were. However, this is just an observation and not a do not like.

The room was lovely, especially having a wee sitting room was a real luxury. The shower was powerful and really hot. The hosts were friendly and helpful, going out of their way to offer vegan options for me and to store our bags during the day.
Not a problem for us, as we like to walk, but it is a wee bit out of town, so you're not amongst the hustle and bustle. The room was quite cold at night, and we couldn't seem to turn on the heating ourselves.

We took part in the Herne Bay to Whitstable 10k run and this was the perfect location being a short drive from the start and near to the sea front for walk and restaurants for dinner. Room was great (twin beds) with lovely spacious bathroom with walk in shower. Tea and coffee making facilities. Good information booklet provided and fab breakfast. Car parking space too. My second stay here.
Nothing to dislike.

Normally we stay in hotels but there were none near on this occasion so we tried B&B and it was really good. Our preference would be a hotel with air con and dining but we would be happy to use a BB again based on this experience if no hotel near our chosen location. Check in was smooth and friendly and the room was nice and clean and a great shower. We loved the decor.
We haven’t marked it down as overall a great experience and so more suggestions really. We think a small chair or stool in the bedroom would be handy as for ladies the make regime required standing or sitting on the floor to use a mirror. Also the breakfast room would benefit from a blind at the top of the window as the sun beams in your face during breakfast.

We travelled as a family of 6 in 3 rooms, each room was individual and very spacious. I was shocked at how large the rooms were, almost like having your own apartment. Every room was exceedingly clean and every attention to detail was perfect. Our hosts were very obliging, 4 of our party were late arriving but nothing was too much trouble for Luke and Rachel. We stayed for 2 days and had the Full English Breakfasts on both days, the breakfasts were large and very tasty. Tere was nothing to dislike with the sleep inn hare and we would love to return again. highly recommended.
There was nothing to dislike and should anyone give a negative review, please do not listen.

The breakfast was absolutely top class. The ingredients were all so fresh and cooked perfectly. Would recommend the eggs benedict. The hosts were both so warm and welcoming, and should be so proud of what they offer. The room blew me away, so much bigger then expected. Everything was there that you needed.

A unique and spectacular place, super clean, delicious breakfast, exquisite coffee, lots of light, lots of tranquility, peace and beauty. The girls were super friendly and polite, there was parking for my van, very understanding of our English which is not very good and always very friendly, very quiet in the place, silence. I would always repeat. Very thankful. Very Nice allí!!! Thanks 🙏🏻♥️✍️
