The location of the accommodation is great, literally on the seafront and 2 minutes walk from the town centre. It's off away from the road, so it is quiet and peaceful. There is parking underneath the apartment, which is comprised of 2 spacious double bedrooms (no kitchen area) each with its own bathroom with a shower. The sea view from the second floor balcony is lovely. Each room has tea/coffee making facilities and a mini fridge. Included is tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits with water and fruit juice in the fridges.

The bathrooms are quite small and the showers although modern need to have the heads replaced or cleaned better as the water doesn't come out of all the holes. The check in time is quite late at 3pm but the parking is available from 1pm which is handy so you can get the permit and access card from the hotel at the same time.

Central location, parking, cleanliness, sea view. The cleaning team we spoke to on our last day were really helpful and accommodating.

When first offered as accommodation it was probably in an excellent, great condition. However, now it’s showing signs of wear. The exterior balcony area needs repainting. Bathroom door handle, bed headboard wall, Stair rail all need some attention. Bizarrely whoever fitted the toilet roll holder managed to put it on upside down! That said non of these points would put us off booking the property again. We also ate at the Continental hotel when we first checked in and all the staff were brilliant.

The stairs are quite narrow and difficult for my elderly parents. No door on upper floor so not ideal for light sleepers as noise from below can be heard The parking roof is low so had to move car to open boot. No living room or kitchen so nowhere to chill together Keys have to be collected from a nearby hotel then you have to make your way back to the let’s

Good location in centre of Whitstable. Parking space below apartment which could use from 1pm to 12pm the following day. Balcony off double room with sea views. Rooms had all we needed for our night’s stay: coffee & tea supplied, water and juice in mini fridges, iron and board etc. Second room had twin beds. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable.

Had to get keys from hotel continental which is a short drive away. We then left these in our room when we checked out the next day. Felt it was a little expensive for a night’s stay but it was a Saturday night in June in Whitstable!

Location is spot on. Lovely comfy neat rooms with added bonus of the balcony. Supply of water in the mini fridge, , coffee. tea, hot choc, biscuits, body wash etc was well stocked. Parking below is so handy....just mind the boot doesn't hit the ceiling as a little tight for a SUV!

This is the second time we have used the accommodation, although not in the same unit. Purely for constructive feedback, we just feel that a little more attention to detail is needed to keep up the standard we had on our first visit. The handle to the first shower room was missing on the inside of the door. The towels were looking & feeling like they'd seen better days and had a tear at one end. The bedside tables had a stain and scratches on them, so they weren't looking their best. The rug in the top room had also seen better days as it was fraying along one edge.

The rooms were modern, comfortable and very well-equipped. The shower was great and there was plenty of hot water. Tea and coffee-making facilities were much appreciated. Very easy to get in to town for food and shops. Great location right by the beach with fantastic views across the bay.

The fridges in each room looked great but unfortunately they did not work very well: whether that was due to the overall temperature of the room or some mechanical malfunction wasn't clear but the fresh milk we had brought with us went off very quickly. The only downside to an otherwise perfect stay!

I liked the ease of the location and being able to park even if you can not open the boot

The pillows were beyond uncomfortable! Ashame there isn’t space to sit as a family. The room on the top floor was too hot! It needs AC. No mirror in the en-suite you can actually use and see in, nor anywhere for a wash bag to sit other than on the floor. To open the car boot in the car port, you had to move the car forward and actually out of the space to do so. Luckily another couple had told us to be careful as they had scuffed their car on the low roof of the car port. In warehouse number 2 you can feel the building shake everytime a car or truck drove up sea street, so I’d request a higher number house, closer to the beach in hope to avoid feeling like you are rumbling every 5 minutes

For longer than a few nights, servicing the room mid stay would be good. We stayed 6 nights and could have done with the room being serviced after 3 nights or so. This can be arranged by contacting the hotel but it would be easier if it were done routinely. Breakfast at the hotel is great - it's a short walk to get there. We would have gone there more if we didn't need to prebook. Bear in mind there is no kitchen, this was fine for us but for other families with young children is worth remembering.

Fantastic location right next to beach, beautiful sunset from balcony. Spotlessly clean, nice to have some soft drinks, coffee, tea and biscuits. Parking space provided which was great. Don't quite understand people complaining about the lack of kitchen and living room, neither of these are advertised nor shown in the pics, so it's exactly what it says it is and does a very good job.

Only minor issue was the pillows were a little hard for my liking, otherwise excellent

The location was perfect, two bedrooms with individual facilities, free parking, near the beach and town. It had plenty of tea/ coffee, biscuits for our two day stay. The style of property was modern and compact with everything you would need.

The property shook when large lorries or buses passed, the mattress protector on one of the single beds was old shabby and had hair on it. One of large towels had stain marks. We were unaware a cleaner would be entering during our stay, preferred not to have this service for two nights. Property could do with a refresh of paint.
