Amazing size, comfort, & cleanliness

Temperature control was an issue. Heat took extremely long to come up. I also didnt like the sink was outside the bathroom, which means in the middle of night when using the bathroom, had to turn on light to use sink to was my hands and the bed was directly adjacent to the bathroom disturbing my partner. Although the place was very nice, I also felt it was a bit over-priced. But i really wanted to see the place, but the value just wasnt worth it.

It was pretty standard hotel fare. Plentiful and good variety of choices. Good and vibrant staff greeting in the morning. A dancing "chef" as he brought out food was fun.

It's just the nature of the property, but all the odd numbered rooms face an interstate off ramp. Noise was no problem, but the room views on that side are less than stellar unless you are a car buff.

The room was the perfect size for me & family (5 Total), we utilized the kitchen in our room, Pool, Jacuzzi, & enjoyed Breakfast both mornings we were there. The Jacuzzi was cold the 2nd day we were there but my kids still swam. Breakfast was ALL around AMAZING!!! The biscuits & gravy was so delicious, everything was constantly wiped down, cleaned, & food was always replenished. The staff & morning crew was delightful & provided exceptional customer service. This was an all around positive stay for a 3 star hotel. I give it an 8/10

ITS NOT THE PROPERTY I had trouble with. It was BOOKING.COM. Booking.com screwed up my Reservation. If I hadn't checked with the hotel itself, I would not have been able to stay there.

Nice rooms, good breakfast, good location.

One side of the building is right above the highway traffic and you can hear it. Rooms With even numbers.

This was the only down fall. Pool is tiny!! Can only have 15 guests in at once. Very disappointed. I would have stayed somewhere else if I would have known this!!

Comfortable beds. Clean room and facility. Friendly staff.

My husband kept having to plunge the restroom in our room but what can you expect with as many guests as hotels have.

I loved the corner suite! several cabinet doors and drawers were roughly fixed so they didn’t open so great! The kitchen table was extremely flimsy I was afraid my family was going to break it! But we loved the amount of space and that it had a decent little kitchen! I would definitely stay again!

The front desk staff was awesome. The room was clean. Breakfast was delicious. Catering or cook staff were very nice.

The construction noise on the floor above me. The noise started early Sunday morning.

The hearing accessibility room. It was off in the cut.

The dishes in the cupboard were dirty and stained. There was hair in the bathroom . The fridge was dirty also.
