Housekeeping service was a bit slow. They did not replenish the coffee and tea in the room. Would have appreciated some creamer and a couple of bottled water in the room upon arrival

The staff was very nice. Rooms were really nice. It's a new hotel so everything was very bright and clean.

The sofa is not a pull out sofa bed... it's more of a futon like contraption that was not the most comfortable for sleeping. The breakfast was a 0/10 for us. I read the reviews that said the most wonderful things about breakfast here but during our stay that WAS NOT the case. It was pretty awful with an extremely limited selection. There were scrambled eggs, an egg white dish, 2 types of sausage, and grits. They also offered dry cereal, bagles, and bread for toasting. My kids were disappointed. They didn't even have a waffle maker. The food was pretty lackluster and not very good.

Very comfortable! Loved the small kitchen, larger fridge and microwave. Loved the supply of cooking goods. Staff were very polite and Quick to respond to any needs. The changed the continental breakfast around so it was not the same every time! Great TV choices/channels as well.

Every thing was excellent! Only wish but not a necessity was a hot tub would have been nice to relax in.

Sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. My daughter said it was like sleeping on the floor because it was so hard. We commented on it when checking out & it was obvious that they have heard this complaint a lot. The regular bed was comfortable, and the shower had nice pressure. I'd stay here again, but not if the sofa was the only option for an additional person in our group.

The rooms and bathrooms were very nice. Front desk staff was very helpful and cordial.

Our TV was inoperable after 2 visits from staff so we had to move on the 3rd day which was an inconvenience. Breakfast could have been healthier.

1st ice machine broken-no ice machine on 2nd floor. Employee working during breakfast was not on her game. She waited for food to be totally out before refilling. The coffee ran out and we had to wait for it to brew. The eggs were gone and had to wait 15 minutes for the new batch. She was in no hurry whatsoever while people waited. This should have been anticipated since to my knowledge the hotel was booked.

We were checked in by an employee named markeisha who could not have been more accommodating or friendly. She readily welcomed us and offered us multiple types of help to get us comfortable into her rooms with all of our luggage. Would definitely stay here again Fantastic Showers and clean bathrooms

Fantastic location. Ladies at the check in desk were very friendly, and helpful in telling me restaurants and things to do in the area. Hotel itself was very clean and fresh. Bed was comfortable, pillows were comfortable. Great to have refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Cleaning staff very nice, and didn't make you feel rushed to leave. My room was actually cleaned while I was out, which is a rarity these days. So many places to eat, all within 5 minutes of the hotel.

Convenient location to the proximity of everything we wanted to do. This hotel was spotless and the staff worked hard to keep it that way. The hotel staff were extremally friendly and helpful.

Occasionally, during rush hour commutes, it could be challenging to enter and exit the property. Just the timing of the near by traffic lights. Not a deal breaker.

The location is really good, next to a shopping area and close to Galleria mall, within 10 - 15 minutes to sights. They serve good breakfast and have all the necesary supplies in the room. The bed is comfy

The aircon blows directly to your nose while you are in bed. if you turn it off it's too warm
