Pleasantly surprised!We actually had our room cleaned, beds made, fresh towels, without having to make a special request. That’s a rarity these days. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful as well. Room had a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker, and everything worked as it should without issue. The design of the room was excellent as well. External sink so people can get ready while others shower/use restroom, nightstand doubled as a desk with a comfortable desk chair. Breakfast (included) had some good options and the make your own waffle station produced delicious waffles. We appreciated being able to go eat anytime between 6am and 10am. Kids loved the pool. Convenient, free parking. Overall, exceeded expectations. More comfortable than many more expensive hotels we’ve stayed in! Book it!

I do wish breakfast had had a lactose free or non dairy milk option. It did make it harder for our lactose intolerant family to eat freely, enjoy coffee station, etc. It’s more of a continental breakfast plus waffles and hard boiled egg. No scrambled eggs or breakfast meat available. Limited fruit selection, but they did have apples and bananas daily.

IT WAS CLOSE TO ALOT OF RESTAURANTS AND HERSHEY PARK. FOR THE MOST PART THE STAFF WAS GREAT, EXCEPT ONE MORNING I GOT UP AROUND 4:30AM FOR A CUP OF COFFEE, GREETED THE LADY AT THE FRONT DESK WITH A GOOD MORNING FOR WHICH I WAS GREETED WITH A THERE IS NO COFFEE (WHICH TO MY UNDERSTANDING IS SUPPOSED TO BE AVAILABLE 24 HRS)SHE COULD OF AT LEAST STARTED THE REPLY WITH A GOOD MORNING FIRST. BUT OTHER THAN THAT THE STAY WAS GOOD AND THE BREAKFAST WAS GOOD.

THE DOOR TO MY ROOM HAD TO BE PULLED ON VERY HARD TO CLOSE WHICH MADE IT CLOSE WITH A LOUD SOUND, AND EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS A WHITE VAN PARKED IN THE BACK, THERE WAS NO SHUTTLE TO HERSHEY PARK 😓

Nice, clean room - floor could have used a good sweep, but everything else was very satisfactory. The location was GREAT - close to Hesheypark stadium (where we were going), Hershey Chocolate World, and Hershey Amusement Park - all within 10 minutes by car. The price was exceptional based upon all other properties in the area. Beds were comfortable, pillows were great! What they provided for breakfast was good - waffles, bagels, toast, cereal, coffee, tea, hot chocolate - and free! Private parking was provided. Overall - pleasantly satisfied! ...especially after reading several reviews not only for this property, but EVERY property in the area that I looked at (some much, much more expensive).

The stairways were horrifically dirty. One landing even appeared to have a large blood stain on it (can't confirm it was truly blood). Anyway, if you take the elevator, you would never see this - I guess that's what they are counting on? My wife is extremely claustrophobic, so we don't do elevators. They just appeared as though they had never been mopped...ever.

Breakfast options were great considering most hotels are now going to a “bagel style” breakfast. The breakfast selection was decent and included yogurt, fruit, cereal, bagels/breads, waffles and juice/milk. Throughly enjoyed the extra toppings that were available for the waffles. The staff was friendly and we were able to check in early. The indoor pool was a hit with our daughter, as well as, the arcade area. The hotel was close to Hershey Park and many restaurants. Loved the covered parking option.

The breakfast could have had some more protein options.

Breakfast was good! Though a few more options would be appreciated especially a protein! The location was absolutely amazing close to all amenities and attractions. The staff was very friends and so accommodating and the other guest were very nice and kind as well! Overall it was a wonderful experience and we will return in the future.

Shower floor in room 396 where we stayed was warped and made it difficult to stand without making alot of noise and unsteadiness in the shower. My 11 year old daughter almost fell and got hurt because of it.

The establishment was a nice motel, convenient and great location. The room was nice, nothing exciting but it was perfect for our needs. The convenience of the location was excellent. It was super close to Hershey Park, about 10 minutes, not even by car. A lot of restaurants and stores are within walking distance.

The bed was uncomfortable, however, I think that is more a personal preference. There was an issue getting into the pool but the staff was available to let us in, quickly and without a problem ( they were in the process of fixing the issue).

The room was beautifully decorated and spacious. I did think the bathroom door was located in a strange spot, since most of the time when I'm alone, I just leave the door open, it blocked the toilet paper when opened. I am a bit claustrophobic though, so maybe I'm the only one who does that....The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location was quiet and very pretty. It was an easy walk to some good restaurants!

The only bad thing that happened while I was there was I picked up an egg for breakfast. There were LOTS of carbs to eat and I was trying to be a little healthy. I bit into the egg and it was AWFUL. I notified the staff immediately and the next day there was a whole new batch of eggs.

We love the clean rooms and the breakfast, and how close it is to the park. We also love that all of the restaurants are in walking distance from the hotel! But the staff is exceptional!!! We love Debbie and Sherri!!! They are so kind and helpful! They go out of their way to make sure we are taken care of and have everything we need. We always stay at the Days Inn when we come to Hershey. We’ll never stay anywhere else!

There is nothing we don’t like!

We enjoyed the size of the room. Our family of 3 (2 adults and 1 child) had more than enough space, and we never felt on top of one another. The breakfast area gets packed, but we appreciated the additional seating option to eat outdoors. The proximity to Hershey Park was a huge plus since we spent 2 days at the park. Every staff member that my family encountered was pleasant!

Breakfast options were limited, the crowd was a bit much, especially at the waffle station, even after waiting, so we decided not to participate after the first day. The jacuzzi was not operable during our stay, and the adults were hoping to enjoy it.

Great location if you are going to Hershey Park. There were plenty restaurants and shops within a short walking distance. Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. My family enjoyed having breakfast before heading out for the day and bonus we were able to save some money on overpriced park food.

The hot tub was closed for maintenance during our stay. People let their children run up and down the halls screaming late at night and early in the morning which is easily heard through thin walls, but that's honestly not the hotel's fault. People should just teach their children manner and to be respectful of other guests. Lots of families, which make sense considering the proximity to Hershey Park, but if you are looking for a relaxing or romantic place to stay, this isn't really it.
