Price, staff, location of hotel to attractions and included breakfast are great! Hotel was clean and staff were friendly and nice. Bed was comfortable and overall pleasant time there, we would use them again if needed.

Bathroom was a little dated and noise in hallway seemed a little louder than normal. For example, the doors didn’t have quiet closing or needed better adjustment because they would slam shut so the sound would echo down the hallway, we tried to remember but early in the morning or later at night felt bad hearing it slam shut or would wake us when others door did the same. Only other thing so use to ice machines these days being in a separate room or behind a door to help with the noise they make and we were near it so anytime anyone got ice no matter the time we were privileged to hear it each time until they were done, not sure how far the sound went on the floor.

The Staff was amazing. We booked a king bed room to only be told they were over booked and that we would have a double queen. That was fine but in the room, the heater was broken so it blew hot air. We got moved to a suite but the point of this is the staff ( the one lady there at 3pm 10.28.24) was amazing and gave great customer service.

When booking a room, it’s disheartening to hear that it’s overbooked and we’re no longer able to get that room once we arrive. (King bed room) it’s almost like why book it in advance then if it’s not saved for you. To only get to a room where the heater was on full blast and broken, to then get upgrade upgraded to a suite with amazing customer service from the staff member there.

Breakfast was typical hotel spread. It was good. The breakfast staff was very sweet and attentive. Greeted us warmly and and let us know that we could feel free to ask if we needed anything. Front desk was super kind and let us check in early since the room was available. Big help to be able to unload the car between games and gave us time to unwind after a long drive and grab a bit to eat before our daughter’s second game for the day. Small gesture really made our day. Hotel renovations will be nice for the next time our team is in the area if we decide to stay again.

Hotel was under construction. Whole first floor, all rooms being complete remodel. Amazing for them. We spent little time in the room so it wasn’t a big inconvenience this visit. But I imagine trying to squeeze in an afternoon nap (like we sometimes do between games) it wouldn’t have been easy.

Great location to park. Good breakfast. Pool was nice. Staff was nice. Being that things have changed with housekeeping hooks should be added to bathroom so that towels can be hung to dry so they can be reused other than that would recommend this hotel and would Stat there again if we decided to go to hershey for vacation

We have stayed multiple times and have always had a wonderful experience! The hotel is clean, very comfortable and rooms are spacious. It is extremely close to the park which is such a plus! Also, compared to the price at the Hershey Lodge to this hotel…there is no comparison. The Hershey Lodge is so OVERPRICED and not worth it at all.

There isn’t really anything i could say that is a negative, we always have a wonderful experience at this hotel.

Breakfast was EXCEPTIONAL! Staff were super friendly every morning, kept dishes full throughout, and 4 different meats over 4 different days was just so much better than other hotel experiences elsewhere. Fitness center was simple but quite adequate; towels and water provided and convenient to have a view of the poop if you wanted to workout while family is swimming. Check in/ front desk staff were always super friendly and helpful. Never hesitated with more towels and bath amenities upon request. After checkout forgot my wallet and they went the extra step to help get it sent to me as I had already departed the state. Thanks so much guys! Loved the family friendly/welcoming atmosphere. Location excellent to hershey park and other attractions - took in a show at the theater and it too was just a few minutes away. Gettysburg battlefield and Amish farms also fairly close by for a great side trip from here as well. Will definitely recommend and stay again. Value for the experience was A+

Indoor pool was a nice attraction but turned out to not ventilate well enough and found the concentrated chlorine indoors too much to make the experience enjoyable - eyes were burning, throat constricting, etc. So would recommend a review on the indoor pool chlorine levels and/or ventilation.

From the moment we walked in the door the staff was super friendly and helpful! If you are coming to Hershey this is the place to stay! Super close to the park. Breakfast was great! I didn’t catch the name of the gentleman that was working the dining area. He was so nice walked around checked and made sure everything was good and if we needed anything. I did also notice at another table they had some type of special diet and they seemed to accommodate that. Over all the facilities are super clean. The staff was great! Beds were comfy. We will definitely be staying here again next time!

Friendly staff especially the breakfast crew they constantly checked the food levels and walked around ensuring guests were doing well making it extremely welcoming, close location to everything but hidden away from busy traffic. Queen suite was great for a family of 4, a little extra room to move around and not feel cramped. Parking was close no matter where you parked, making it easy for multiple trips back to the car if you have a lot of bags. Free breakfast was a nice bonus with a good variety especially for little kids, was very pleased with our stay and would recommend to families for the price. I was a little nervous to select non refundable to get a better discount but glad I did as I was not disappointed.

It was a little noisy at times as you can hear all the hallway activity if people drop things or are loud, but I would still stay here as likely that is the norm for most hotels.

Wonderful and attentive staff. Clean and spacious room with great lighting and a well-throughout floor plan. The room that we stayed in was a suite and we found it perfect for a family of 5 adults. This is especially notable when one recalls that, when my husband and I went off to bed and our 3 adult daughters and our family Boston, had decided to stay up and watched TV and chatted in the room on the opposite side of the suite yet, our slumber was never once interrupted; we all found the entire stay very ample.

The location was perfect, only 5 minutes from the park and chocolate world. The pool was nice but a little cold and the breakfast and staff was amazing.

The pool was a little cold for me personally but my kids still had fun and the shower water pressure was somewhat low.
