We loved the location and how close everything was that we wanted to do, and the breakfast was a great addition

When we dropped some food on our glass table we realized how much drugs there was under the glass. Im glad I didnt have kids because if they dropped any food on that table they'd never recover. Staff need to be more mindful of cleaning the facilities. As someone who works with addicts I knew exactly what I was looking at when I looked at that table. I was shocked. I know people do crazy things in hotels but to see it first hand when rooms are claimed to be "cleaned" ...

The location was good,i did not stay to have breakfast i work as a security and was in the area and need a place to rest for my next shift away from home i enjoy my short stay ill tell someone about this place.i also attend events here not my first time thank you

The bed was so relaxing the unit was very clean staff at front desk was very helpfull i like how the building has Security which is very good for the enviroment

The building is aesthetically attractive, the king room was large and comfortable, the breakfast provided nice choices, the staff were nice and friendly.

Pet peeve are bathrooms with no type of shelving for bath items including soap and no built in fan for obvious bathroom odours. One light bulb was blown before me. Also would be a great topper if there was a pool.

The hotel saved me. My flight was cancelled and I had to stay a couple of extra days in the city. It is close to the airport and not expensive. Breakfast is somewhat limited to fried things, not quite my taste.

Personally the size of the room is a little small, but considering that I traveled alone it was not bad at all.

Extremely clean.Everything was excellent from the check in clerk and room .Breakfast was hot and tasty.The staff was great from the host to Mr Bill the maintenance person Thankyou for a pleasant stay.5 Stars.

The hotel is in a grenat location. Close to the HWY and 30 mins from DT Toronto. The rooms were large and clean and offered Free parking. On top of that they provide a Free breakfast, that included eggs, bacon, sausage, home fries, bread, fruit, coffee, juice and WAFFLES!!

They water down the juice way too much. The door lock to my room was malfunctioning.

Breakfast was great especially the coffee being "fresh" prior to opening @ 6.30 AM

The TV's are state of the art ...but the remote is a trial for a senior like me. Once you get the hang of it ...it's fine. BUT did overhear a couple of the customers commenting that their TV's did not work. (Well I believe it was the remote...you could use a brief instruction package for said customers sitting by the TV. You're welcome!

The personnal was welcoming. The breakfast is better than the others establishment who serve stuff that easy to prepare. The hotel decoration was beautiful.

The chamber is missing some desk to put your clothes to unpack our bags.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious!

It seems a bit run down. Tv remote was missing the battery cover, tub was missing the plug. Lampshade has a hole in it. Do I care about any of these? No! Plug was replaced, and it was a lovely place to stay for a night while I was in town for a concert

The breakfast could use a little more variety maybe pancakes waffles and boiled eggs would be a good touch

The only complaint I have is that I could smell that somebody was smoking in one of the other rooms and it was going through the AC unit into my room
