It's located near Hospital Melaka, which is very convenient for us. Same row is the foodcourt Medan Selera Dataran Bukit Baru, serves western & local dish. Hotel room is just nice for 2pax, facilities i.e. iron, hairdryer, coffee, & Maggie in the Cup (must pay at rm3.50 only) are all there.. plus point is the Coway Water Purifier (outside the room)

Hotel exceeded our expectations, very clean room and nice bathroom. Rooms aren’t overly modern but the pictures reflect this and not a problem for us. We were given a corner room, which was actually massive and had windows around the whole wall which was nice. Wifi worked well too.

Only drawback is it’s slightly out of the way, but we knew this when booking. The centre is not really walking distance. Not a problem as Grabs are cheap and arrive quickly. Had no issues at all with our stay.

All the staffs are very friendly and helpful. It is not a 5 star hotel but worth your money as what it is. Got water heater, hair dryer and iron with iron board. Enough space to keep all my stuffs in the room. Comfortable enough for me to only sleep and chilling alone in the room during night and weekend.

1. Electric kettle / water heater is in poor condition. 2. Got room with malfunction tv. 3. Refrigerator is not cold.

Room - clean. Good internet connection. Swimming pool, jacuzzi, and massage parlor (not using yet, perhaps next stay). Housekeepers are friendly - make acquaintances when they make up the room.

The toilet only has a bidet. A tap is much more preferable. But, no big deal. As for the breakfast, my suggestion, it is high time for the hotel to change the menu for breakfast.

I always stayed with Hallmark group in Malacca (Crown) and JB (Regency) This is my first time staying with Hallmark View. Room was big and squicky clean. Will definitely come back again

the window does no have day curtain soo i cannot open the window without revealing the room to the outsiders...😅 the curtain is quite smelly with rubber smell the matress is kinda squeeky with the spring sound😆 other than that is ok.☺️☺️☺️

The room was spacious and its condition is good and meet my expectation. It is clean and the shower room and toilet is good too.

Probably the parking lots there are too few that it really depends on luck and sometimes I have to park sideways at night. The receptionist called me in the morning to ask me to remove my car because it blocked the shop, which I find it a bit reluctant.

About the facilities and location all worth of money for my stays even the staff all communicate well so no problem at all.🤗

The tv was not clear, using old model and dont have any entertainment apps such Netflix or Youtube. Want to be 2024, please upgrade to latest technology smart tv for getting alots of customers in future. Thanks

The location is quite convenient, being in close proximity to various dining options and the city center.

There are not enough parking spots for guests staying at the hotel. Additionally, the mattress is not very comfortable.
