Great breakfast, location, spacious room and friendly staff

When we checked in, receptionist was watching prison break. Seeing such an aggressive fight scene was not the ambience I was expecting to walk into. Next morning another hectic movie was playing in the lobby with lots of swearing. Not ideal for breakfast walk in. Hotel is beautiful but is a little tired. Mantis should come and do some maintenance touch up. Broken blinds in bathroom and bedrooms, and maintenance needs to finish touch up repairs to the door and paint on bedroom wall by air conditioner. Door lock in our room almost locked us in. Overall great hotel, just needs some staff training and some attention to maintenance.

Breakfast was good,location was great as was close to cruise terminal, airport, broadwalk mall, we could easily commute anyway even at night. The host was superb, I was 30mins early and allowed to check in, Also they had an event that they promised will finish at 10am and they kept their promise. He paid attention to detail and made us feel at home, in the morning we were rushing and made sure our break was served intimey. Much appreciated

Lunch ribs and chips was affordable but not pleasing to our taste buds

Our room was very spacious, with a very comfortable bed, sitting area and fabulous balcony with an ocean view. The staff were very thoughtful and welcoming. I contacted them at the very last minute about doing a game drive as they came up with several options within a few hours. Ultimately we chose to just play at the beach, which is just a couple minutes walk away. Lots of easy fast food options for kids as well as nicer restaurants. The staff also let us keep our room into the afternoon so we could spend time on the beach on the last day. This was so kind. Each staff person was so warm.

The neighboring property is not as picturesque…fortunately we had a nice beach view from our balcony

Breakfast was lovely not to mention the dinner. Every meal i ate was amazing. Incredible The location is ideal central and right by the ocean. ALL the safe are friendly helpful and just amazing can only say wonderful thing's about the accomodation the scenery the location and the staff and the food the bar everything was amazing

I LOVED EVERYTHING

The staff was exceptionally welcoming, the property was beautiful and clean. My suite was large and spacious and had everything I needed. The bed made for a great rest every night, the hotel was comfortable, clean and very safe. This is the only place I will stay in future with all my PE country work trips!

Breakfast could be from 07.30 …

I am not a morning eater :) but had toast and bacon on all 3 mornings which was great. They also offered "homemade" bread which was delish, and a lovely gesture. Also after a long working week, on my last night, I was offered in room dining which I accepted, and had an excellent pasta/chicken.

The location, facility and staff were amazing. I was so comfortable that I opted to come back again the following week.

The plugs and bedside lamp in my room weren't working. Due to some internal miscommunication, no housekeeping was done in my room. Mr Cosmas was very apologetic and ensured this did not happen again.

We had a wonderful experience. The staff was very friendly and the night manager went out of his way to attend to our needs. The chef was amazing. She made a special meal for our anniversary dinner and even made a quick dessert on request.

The fact that we only stayed for one night.

I tried all three breakfast variations and they were ok. What was really great was the food for dinner. Gerti is a real good cook. Beach, Park and shopping is all not too far away. The owner of the hotel was very kind as well.

Extremely friendly staff, and the chef was even better, the nicest lady i have ever met and she was able to make me nutritious food according to my requirements. This place exceeded my expectations, Thank you for having me🤘
