Room and premises was super clean... Smells nice. And has a fridge (super important to have chilled drinks at hand) Staff very friendly, responsive and helpful Superb location.... So convenient.. Cafe, coffee shop, restaurants, convenient stores, Baskin Robin, coffee bean, bank, laundry, family mart...all next door

Room was really small and the windows were painted over except for two small slots to peak outside The TV remote control was not very responsive... Troublesome to navigate TV channels

The caring and communicative staff: Mr. Lee was extraordinary in making sure that my stay was comfortable by providing not only the basic necessities for my 10-day stay but also his rich knowledge of the local information. He was extremely responsive to my requests: he addressed my questions via Whatsapp and spoke to me in person a few times prior to my arrival. The hotel was well managed, clean and conveniently located. It accesses easily to busses, a large grocery store and many eateries. I highly recommend this place!

good location if u are looking for a stay nearby USM. booked here for convocation. had to leave early but the reception was not available early so we just leave out packed stuff in room as we were rushing for convocation. text the owner to keep our thing as we will be back way after check out time. they help with that. toom clean, spacious enough. close to eateries n tesco.

THE IRON. omg, its good that its a steam irom but it could not hold a heavy garment so hard to iron because the steam hose kept on bending. just use normal iron i think.

I stayed here for 2 months. The best place you could stay in. The owner is soooo lovely and always there for help. The place is clean, comfortable, and whatever you want, Mr lee always there to help. I will come back to penang next year. I will not stay anywhere else

Cleanliness....

Very small space for a quad room with 2 double beds...very much suffocated .. The size of the room is not adequate to fit 2 double beds and to handle 4 occupants ....should not be this size..no space to move around...indeed

The property was very easy to find. Owner was great with communication and was able to organise us an airport transfer despite the next day being a public holiday for them. The area has everything you need from a lotus supermarket, a laundromat and a fantastic food court up the road (Phoenix).

Can improve on number of mineral water, coffee patches and others according to the room booked for 3 pax. And if possible, can provide extra 1 set of keys for triple room as quite inconvenient when one left the room with the key.

I liked the staff, they were very helpful and responsive. The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was great -- it's right next to the night markets.

The room was much smaller than I expected. There was no lounge which is ok for short stays like a day or two.

Perfect for 2 people who wants a room that is value for money. The room was very clean and well made and all the facilities were sufficient to have a wonderful stay in Penang. If you're just looking for a simple room to accomodate your stay, Lee Luxury Home will meet your expectation.
