Location was excellent, straight across from the train station, also access to trams. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Asked for extra pillows + iron and ironing board which were provided. Room was spotless. We enjoyed the stay and would defo recommend this hotel for location alone.. Will be back

First night's stay heard really loud music, had to put in ear plugs for a while as we were so tired from out long journey, music stopped around midnight. Having no iron in the room was a pain, had to ask at reception, which was shortly provided. Other than than it was great! We enjoyed our stay!!

The location of the hotel was amazing - just a stone throw away from Hauptbahnhof station so easy to get around. The room and main reception area were also very modern.

Breakfast could have been better - as for hot breakfast options there was only scrambled egg, sausage & boiled egg. Avoid trying to check in early via the link sent to you as this promises you no waiting time at check in but that is not the case - I checked in using this app and still had to queue for over 15 minutes at reception (around 4pm) to get the room key. Also, on this link you are asked to pay for your stay (full amount) then at the check in desk they ask you to "authorise" payment and are charged AGAIN the full amount, which is then refunded at the end of your stay - a large sum of money to have withdrawn from your bank for a few days!

A very comfortable hotel in a great location, only 5 minute walk to berlin central station and tram access right outside. Some might want to be in more hip neighbourhoods but the hotel and access to anywhere in the city quickly made this a great base to explore berlin. Breakfast was very good and gave a great start to the day. We also used the in-house restaurant Gambinos and again was very good. On the 6th floor there is a nice late bar called the apartment which was nice for a glass of wine to reflect on the day. Overall a great hotel we'll located for public transport with good size rooms and a great breakfast to start the day.

hotel is in very good location, it is close to public transportation and some more important attractions, it is also very convenient if you are looking for a place during your travel. if you decide for an option with breakfast - the number of options is very good

I was not very happy as despite I was convinced I went for the breakfast including option, it turned out to be not the case.. we had to pay for it, and it was a bit expensive (although I do not know Berlin usual rates).. as I wrote above - once you decide to go for it, to only thing you can be not excited about it price... breakfast is very good The other thing - if you come by car - again the carpark is on rather expensive side... not to many spots on the street... so this is to remember...

The room was perfect, clean and comfortable. I must say that the highlight of my experience was the outstanding service provided by Ventsislava at the front desk. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and a genuine welcome that immediately made me feel at home. Ventsislava's professionalism and attention to detail were truly impressive. She efficiently handled my check-in process, taking the time to explain all the hotel amenities and answering my questions with patience and expertise. Location is great for travelling around the city as it’s straight across the road from the main train station and next to an underground, bus and tram service. An all day ticket lets you travel on any of these modes of transport all day for approx £10. It is also close to good restaurants and the train station has lots of cafes, snack bars etc., some open 24 hours. The hotel is modern and we found the room to be pleasant, comfortable and good value for money. We were facing the inner court yard which because it was winter was quiet. It has a rooftop garden and bar which we didn’t get time to visit on this short trip. The restaurant looked good but again we didn’t get time to eat in it so I cannot review on the food. Hotel has a luggage room and they were happy to keep our luggage before check in and after check out on the day of arrival and departure, free of charge. Check in and out through the app makes it fast and easy.

Dirt, fluff and dust under the bed and bedside tables, which I discovered when I dropped something and it rolled under. Tv only has one English speaking channel and it’s the news. Check in is 3pm which is quite late in the day but they are happy to keep your luggage and let you go out in the city if you arrive early.

The hotel is in a great location. Train station.across the road. Airport 6 stops on the train. Clean and tidy. Breakfast is good. Rooms okay.

The hotel is very dark, and as a result, my husband fell up the two dark steps, and his head went through a glass door. The staff didn't have a clue about first aid. My daughter n I did, we asked for an ice pack, we got a bag of ice. We asked for first aid. We got a cloth n water. Very unprofessional to say they were more concerned with the door. No sorry or compensation from the hotel. I'm very disappointed.

Very good amenities and super nice staff. The employees were extra helpful and nice to our 2,5 yo daughter. They were attentive to bring a high chair and even took a photo of us with the Christmas tree. The breakfast was also very qualitative. We also liked the fact that the secured car park was close by, although quite expensive on top of the room price (27e per 24hours). Our room was super quiet, the bed was comfortable and they even prepared the sofa bed in advance for our daughter. Overall very nice stay.

The cleaning was not done properly in the bathroom. There was still trace of toothpaste in the glasses. There was also dust on surfaces in the bathroom. I also was quite surprised that the cleaning lady came to knock on our door before we even checked out.

I was super lucky to get an upgrade to a better room type. I wasn't told, but I found out another time I booked the same toom type and it was a whole different experience. For this room type I have to say the value for price was amazing. Spacious room, huge bed and even a bath tub. I would definitely recommend choosing the comfort room after I have seen how big the difference is to the standard one – if you care for good sleep and a quite stay. Staff was friendly. The breakfast was really good with many healthy and tasty choices. Overall a very good experience due to the room type I had this time.

I forgot a piece of clothing in the room as I was in a rush while leaving. Unfortuneately, it wasn't found after I asked the same day. Usually things get found and stored in hotels from my experience, but I read a few times in the reviews, this happened to other guests, too. So be sure to check for your belongings!
