The hotel has a very good location. Straight across the road from an S Bhan station so there is no need to drag your luggage long distances and pay for taxis. There are plenty of restaurants and a few bars close by. Some of the bars are open 24 hours. There are plenty of shops 5 minutes away. Aldi and Netto are near by in the opposite direction. The rooms were kitted out with soap, towels and linen. Maid service was on request so there was not the inconvenience of being disturbed if you want to have a lie in or getting changed. Reception or the maids will provide fresh towels etc if you need them. As a bonus the room had a kettle. These are not normally supplied in German hotels. You can pop to Aldi for tea, coffee and milk and you are all set up unlike other hotels. The WiFi worked ok so no need to bother with buying mobile extras. There is an internal courtyard to use if you want to catch some air and not want to hang around on the streets. If you arrive early or leave late you can leave your luggage between 8am and 10pm. The pictures of the rooms are very different to how they are. They show them in a drab green and brown. They are white walls with pine effect floors, making the rooms very bright and light.

There were very few English TV channels. That's to be expected for a hotel of this standard. If you visit in summer it can get very hot in the rooms. Again hotels in Germany are more set up for the cold and rain. I did find the bedside light very bright. Predicting this I took with me a small usb bulb to plug into my multi plug.

The room is not huge but roomy enough for three people to stay for a night, one person would have to sleep on a sofa, which was not a problem in our case. The bed was wide and quite comfortable. The stuff was friendly and helpful. We had quite a few products with us and asked for a small fridge in advance and it was there when we moved in. Thanks again for that! Plates, cups and spoons were friendly provided when asked as well. Thanks! Although the area is near the station we slept with open windows and did not feel it was noisy outside. Having a chance to sit on a balcony after a long day is another advantage. The location was just perfect, one minute walking distance from the u Bahn and s Bahn station. There's not one thing we could complain about. Thanks a lot!

The building was well located in front of Charlottenburg station. The hotel position allows one to equally reach the city centre or the airport in a short time. I experienced a few issues with the room that I was allocated, but the front desk staff made an effort to make me happy and they let me change room after a few attempts. The new room was cosy, warm and clean and had all the expected facilities.

I had to insist a few times at the front desk to get a new room as the one that I had been allocated initially was quite noisy and cold. I would have expected a bit more promptness in tackling the issues that I pointed out.

The hotel is located right across from Charlottenburg station on the S Bahn. It was very easy to get to Berlin Messe. Just two stops and you can be at Messe Süd. The hotel was very clean. The green view from my window was amazing. Breakfast was also quite sufficient and nice. You get breakfast outside the building in the building next door. There was a cafe on the corner next to the hotel with very good food. I had my dinner there too.

We liked the location, as it was very close to a major rail link (Charlottenburg station) and enjoyed the hospitality shown by the staff (we did not catch his name but especially the man who greeted us at reception on our way to check in, who despite us running late by quite a while greeted us with a smile and provided information we needed to know about the hotel)

It was quite noisy, although this is hardly the hotels fault as there’s only so much that can be done about loud people on the street.

Very close to the Charlottenburger train and S-bahn station. Single room was tiny, cozy, and fully functional. Good WiFi. Staff very friendly. Free morning coffee (and to go) at the breakfast buffet. Excellent value.

Lift stops between floors, so you must carry your suitcases up or down a half flight of stairs. Breakfast is a bit overpriced. Glass recycle bins in the alley mean lots of late morning noise in the courtyard rooms.

its perfect location. very comfort bed and pillows. it is super clean. we are happy to bath in jacuzzi tube. Even in the front of S Bahn station and surrounding with cafe and restaurants but we still find quitness. we love sitting in balcon seing people passing by.

not really. only perhaps we need a small spoon to make a caffee. and the Parking book for us a bit expensive. we park our car in other park-hause.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The lounge room was a great place to hang out with friends and the bed in my room was incredibly comfortable. Additionally, I appreciated the convenience of their online check-in, especially when arriving late after a flight. Cheers!

However, I noticed a couple of things missing in my room, such as a trash bin and a charger extension. Unfortunately, I didn't ask the reception for these items as it is closing after 22h every day. Another aspect to consider is that the shower cabin is quite small.

The location is perfect, right across the street from the train stop. There are many restaurants, shops, cafes nearby. The room is small but comfortable. The staff speak English well and is friendly. Each floor has a cozy lounge w/ free coffee. They have YouTube, Netflix, etc.

This is the only place I know that gives you TWO key cards because I believe they have probs w/ the key cards becoming demagnetized. But guess what, even w/ two key cards, my keys didn't work when I returned home around midnight :( No one works at reception and so I had to text someone and they sent someone over (waited about 30-40 mins) My window opened up to a courtyard and it was loud in the morning. I was woken up early by the noise. The curtains are the basic pull-down type. You have to pull them down so people don't look in. I think regular curtains (w/ transparent covering) would be better so you could choose how much light to let in.

Very nice for solo traveler having less budget and who doesn’t like to stat in dormitory. location is great very near to charlotenburg train and bus stop. many restaurants and shops are nearby. staff was good. Best thing is checkout time which is 12. most hotels has 11.

Small room but perfect for solo traveler. For me, no complaints for anything.
