The clean and well designed room. The front desk staff was kind and very helpful. The location.

Consider offering the complementary breakfast more hours on Sundays at least. We were fine but got to painfully witness how at least 3 families with small children came just when the staff was cleaning and they were not allowed to take anything. Moreover, the staff were rude and really in rush to clean the place. It was only minutes after 9:30 a.m. No idea what the time frame for the breakfast was but they could help those families.

Awesome Front Desk Team, when arrived I was treated very nice and friendly. I've stayed at this location several times, every since Covid-19, probably 5 - 6 times since, and every time has been an extreme pleasure. From easy access from the parking lot, use of laundry this last time, Breakfast is Excellent, and the House Keeping Staff **FIVE STARS***.

Nothing, all good, maybe, some Crossait Breakfast Sandwich, that's it.. lol.. Great Job you guys/gals GET IT...

Rooms have been nicely updated and they are spacious. Very quiet from outside noise. Housekeeping staff were awesome - friendly and professional! However, the Front Desk staff during my stay might have well been zombies!! I used to work Front Desk during college so I get it, but the desk was never super busy. These ladies were half dead when interacting with them. NOT a great first impression for the hotel. Again, housekeeping staff were fantastic!

Front Desk ladies - not great for Front Desk duties. Parking charge of $24 for 3 nights - no mention from Front Desk during checkin of where this Free parking was located. There was a Steak & Shake and a gas station next door and a mall across the street - but again no mention of where I was should park if I did not want to pay.

This was a very clean hotel with spacious rooms, a comfy bed, in a convenient locale near Hwy 395/I-580. Nearby are restaurants, a mall with a wide range of stores (some high-end). It is quiet. Our room had no exceptional view, but stepping outside, one could see the snow-covered mountains to the west of Reno. Very nice overall and a good value stay.

We liked the EV Charging availability and used it to charge our car. There were many places nearby that were convenient for buying things that were used.

The room was terriblly layed out, the refrigerator was small and did not offer enough settings, The air Conditioner was difficult to work with, The Shower Head was too high and did not offer enough settings. They said that they had no hand soap available. And, the staff did not seem to be overly friendly. The $8 parking fee really infuriated us on top of the already super high price for what we found in our stay. Keep charging for parking and not making hand soap available, on top of all these other anoying dissapointments and Marriott can count us out!

The hotel was very inviting. If you don’t like staying in casinos, this is a great hotel very quiet people pretty much to themselves. They had a gym, a hot tub. Breakfast was fantastic. The rooms was inside was marvelous.

The shower was small

Isabella was INCREDIBLE, her knowledge of sites to see, activities and local events was KEY to our enjoyment of the facility. She should be selected for the Management Program ahead of her peers. Promote!!!

I am a US Army combat Veteran, I have stayed in hotels/motels all over the world. This, by FAR, was my best hotel experience EVER!!! Breakfast was STELLAR!!!

Most everything. Spacious, clean, well organized.

As with most every hotel, the fitted sheets are an abomination! Regardless of what you do, as soon as you lie down, the sheet becomes loose and you become uncomfortable!

Their rooms were perfectly sized and cozy. Air conditioner worked perfectly! :-) And. parking was FREE!

Breakfast was cold but at least they had a variety of options (cereals, waffles, bread, juices, etc.)

Very good breakfast! The best breakfast from all the hotels, in that range, that we’ve been at. Staffs are friendly and approachable as well.

Airconditioning is difficult to adjust to our liking. Thermostat was already set at 75 but the A/C still blew very cold air. But nonetheless, they’ve got comfortable blankets, so it turned out OK.
