Good selection of foods we got down to breakfast about 1/2hour before the breakfast was closed , the ladies asked if we were finished before they closed. Nice room.

At check in there was a problem putting in incidental charge to computer. The desk person said that they had started new software that day and he was having problems anything entered .. We had to put in my card 4times to get it to go, seems like some training or complete your updates before rolling it out. I asked when we checked out for a paper receipt we did book through a 3rd party so no receipt. I understand the booking notbeing able to get a receipt but why not the incidental charges being serious out?

Staying at this hotel was the best experience. Nothing could have made it better. We stayed a full week. The staff were kind, friendly and accommodating. Breakfast options were plentiful. Cleanliness was a priority. Everything was GREAT!

I really appreciate your availing a breakfast! It takes the pressure of having to prepare for the day. I usually eat a simple breakfast (cold cereal, juice, yogurt-nice addition for me). I would have had a waffle or pancakes, but I slept in too late. (Not a bad tradeoff as I suffer from insomnia!) The staff at the front desk was very nice. Kena (spelling?) was professional and yet personable. I had an abrupt change of travel itinerary and I appreciate the hotel's empathy regarding their cancellation charge policy.

I wish that the bathroom had more towel hooks. I ended up spreading my bath towel over the desk chair to dry (Fortunately, the material was such that it would not be damaged.) I had my first experience with shower gel; I think that I'll stick with soap. The refrigerator did not seem to be working properly (even as we did not need to use it.) It probably should be checked out - room 157.

Wonderful staff, very nice room with comfortable bed and large bathroom. Breakfast was included and was very nice with a lot of different food options.

Only stayed for two days. On day two (Sunday) our shower did not work. They have no maintenance staff on hand on weekends to take care of maintenance issues. They did offer to move us to a different room.

Pleasant staff, safe environment, plentiful breakfast.

People letting their dogs defecate near the pool railings. They picked it up but not pleasant when you’re relaxing in the pool.

Maurice at the front desk was so friendly and accommodating. I spoke with him by phone the day before our stay and he was on duty when we checked in. His guest service is the best I have encountered at any hotel in many years! The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Not a big issue, but the lighting over the bathroom vanity could be brighter for hair and makeup. I encounter this issue in many hotels.

The friendy staff at my arrival was really impressive. The guy was kind and happy to meet me. The quiet of the room was excellent and the conform of the beed was as you want after a long drive. Maybe next time i will ask for a room far from the elvatorl

The breakfast selections were better than expected, especially the hot foods. Great check-in experience and welcome amenities.

It was more than $300 for one night, which was exceedingly expensive for this level of hotel. The occupancy must have been very high in the area for a special event. We had no choice so we had to pay the high price.

There was an exhaust fan in the bathroom! Many Hamptons lack these and the rooms always feel damp and clammy from shower steam, but not at Wake Forest. Nice breakfast with touches like walnuts and fresh berries to go with cereal. Pleasant, helpful staff; clean, well-designed rooms.

Always is a pleasure to stay!! Staff is great!! Always willing to help on anything! Beds are very comfy, shower always hot and location is a plus! Anytime I go to Raleigh, this is my place to stay! Excellent!!

Air Conditioner could be better. I think that's about it. Nothing else I didn't like, as far as I know. Treat yourself to a nice stay in this Hampton! And rest as you should if going on business or family vacation!
