Great location, right next to Charles Bridge, but very quiet. The breakfasts are exquisite. Loved the freshly made open sandwiches every morning.

No lifts, but we knew about this before we booked. There weren't any kettles in our room, only a coffee machine but the staff delivered a flask of hot water to our room at 7.30 am, when we asked. Which is excellent service.

Perfectly located at the Malá Strana of Prague, the hotel offers unique, quiet rooms. Despite only two minutes walkway to the Karlův most all the noise, tourists pollute can only be heard on a very low level. Adequate breakfast, if you sleep in, there may be a few waiting time however, this can be bridged with a coffee at the bar. Pretty good beer gardens nextby, our favorite - Vojanův Dvůr, 5 minutes walkway.

Prague is home to many pigeons, and the hotel is no exception. If you are sensitive, you should not book the room with the terrace, which would be the icing on the cake without the pigeons and their droppings. We have come to terms with the beasts, it works! The hotel management is in the process of making the terrace unattractive to the birds, so perhaps things will be much better next time.

The hotel was beautifully decorated. The room was comfortable & had great air conditioning. The en-suite was lovely. We were in the old part of the hotel, so there wasn't a lift. We had about 49 steps up to our room. Staff were very helpful & booked us a night at a Vivaldi concert & a taxi to the airport. The breakfast was lovely but I really think there should be covers on all the food as there were some wasps around the food. The hotel is five minutes away from the Charles Bridge, so it is in a very central location. Make sure you visit the park next door with the peacocks.

The hotel is in a great spot, only 500 meters from the Charles Bridge and near to the Malostranská metro station. There are a lot of nice cafés and pubs around, and the neighborhood around the hotel is quiet. The room we stayed in was big and comfy, with a Renaissance/Medieval style. The furniture wasn't too new, but the place still felt nice and welcoming. The breakfast was a standard continental spread, with a lot of sandwiches and pastries—more than enough to get the day started.

The air conditioning in our room didn't work right, so it was sometimes too hot in there. Also, the service was not always good. We asked the night manager to help us get a taxi once, but he declined and we had to do it ourselves. We had to depart for the airport at 7:20 a.m. on the last morning of our stay, which was just before breakfast service started at 7:30. The staff did eventually bring us a full breakfast, but they were clearly unhappy about it, which made the experience less enjoyable.

Lovely hotel in an historic building in a great but relatively quiet location only 5 minutes from Charles Bridge and Malostranska metro station.. Stunning view of castle from bedroom and bathroom of deluxe room with castle view. Rooms are very comfortably furnished with ornate ceilings, period furniture and original paintings and frescos. Buffet breakfast in dining area with good selection of cereals, fruit, cold cuts and cheeses and a few hot options.

Coffee maker in room that I did not use but coffee pods are charged for and not provided free of charge as one might expect.

I had an amazing experience staying at U Pava hotel. The location is unbeatable – right in the heart of the city, making it so convenient to explore everything nearby. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. We arrived earlier than expected, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us with an early check-in, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made our trip start on a perfect note. The breakfast was good. Everything was fresh, and the staff were attentive and friendly throughout. If you’re looking for a centrally located hotel with amazing hospitality and a good breakfast, I wholeheartedly recommend U Pava.

It's my second time in this Hotel. Amazing service, ultimate location and good breakfast.

It's related to the taxi service the hotel working with. We chatted about the car service that would wait for us once we landed. All was confirmed via chat with the flight number. Unfortunately, nothing happened and we waited for 25 minutes. I wrote to the hotel and (after some time) received the answer that the driver was on his way. Weird. So we purchased Uber service ( btw it costs less and you can pay by Visa, cash, Google Pay, etc. Hotel driver working with cash only). Then, on our way, the driver contacted me (after 30 min) and I cancelled him. So you can take the Uber car from landing area.

Breakfast was amazing and fresh. The bold decor was fabulous. Proximity to everything was so close and convenient! You can see the popular bridges just at the end of the small street in either direction. Absolutely loved this stay. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Friends had recommended it - and we were not disappointed. There was AIR CONDITIONING!! It was soooo good! Very few places we encountered had A/C in Europe, so getting to sleep with it on was a special treat during the hot weather.

Wish we had had a room with any kind of scenic a view (We unfortunately were on the side with the cement wall/street outside). We also would opt to choose a room with just a bit more space to maneuver around, but we weren't there much anyway.

The location, staff and comfort were all excellent, Breakfasts were fabulous Excellent links for transport We truly loved the hotel and would come back. The only two things that could improve it for us are the sockets in the room and a kettle. It's very close to the Charles Bridge and lots of bars and restaurants, but there was no interfering noise It had two comfortable chairs to sit in! So many only have one.

It would have been great to have a couple more sockets in the room Although there was a coffee machine and coffee pods you could use in the mini bar, we would have greatly appreciated a kettle in the room so that we could have used tea bags or make long americano type coffee Everything else was brilliant

This place overflowed with charm, our spotless room was wonderful and came with a sensational view of the cathedral! The location is tough to beat, surrounded by restaurants and boutiques, it is very close to the Charles Bridge but far enough from the crowds so we could enjoy some quiet. We found a lovely park around the corner with a view of the bridge where the sunsets were stunning, the colours erupted on the tranquil river water, it was like we were sitting in a Monet painting which made for one of those remarkable moments in life. The staff was excellent, all vey helpful and professional, from the wonderful woman who made the incredible breakfasts who shared her passion with us, describing how she made the food, to the reception, all of them terrific! We got to know Eleanora very well as we shared many stores and laughs, and we found her to be an exceptional person who helped to make our stay so fantastic! If you are looking for a character hotel in a brilliant location in this stunning city, offering professional service and excellent breakfasts, this place is for you.
