I expected a nice hotel, but received so much more! Good location near the station, but on a quiet street near a park. The room has everything you'd expect in a 3☆ hotel, it was clean and practical. Beds were really comfortable and sometimes only the idea of the hotel breakfast motivated us to leave it. Breakfast offered great choice, everything fresh, tasty and enough. But the best bit - staff. Usually you have one or two staff members who stand out, but not in hotel Rosii. Every single staff member provided exceptional service, making us feel very well cared for. Little details such as a personalised welcome card, chocholate Easter eggs on breakfast tables for the guests or a chocolate Easter bunny waiting for us in the room were very pleasant. But the profesionallity, warm smiles and wishes of a great day from every single member of the staff we met, that was what made the stay memorable in the most positive way. I heartily recommend this hotel.

Very handy for central Berlin and the major sights of interest - 10 min walk from Berlin HBF. Great breakfast buffet, great staff and service. A few local places to eat 5 - 10 min walk in any direction. Additionally it was Very close to the local swimming bath and private spar which was a nice bonus and something new to try after a long day sightseeing!

Not very easy to find when checking in late or in the dark ( perfectly safe but a 5 min walk down a dimly lit mainly residential road ) . Signage on the building was poor and also the entrance area has virtually all the lights off after dark! (only one sign over the main door - it looks like an office block from the outside) adding to this issue was no other lights or signage on the outside of the building (unlike all the other hotels in this area). Finally the Location pin on my google maps placed the hotel in a deserted park opposite ( so I was initially worried I had been scammed by someone) however when located ( after a few min panicking) it was a great find and would definitely go back and recommend to others.

If you're panning to use Berlin Central Station then the Rossi is ideal. It's literally a 10 minute walk away. The staff were efficient and very nice, the hotel itself was very pleasant. My room was fine, the bed was comfy. My only issue was the lack of AC although I did have the use of an efficient fan. The restaurant was good, I had an all you can eat BBQ the night I stayed. I even had a free buffet breakfast which was really good. All in all the perfect hotel for someone using the Hauptbahnhof.

Bed was very comfortable. The bathroom facilities looked brand new and worked excellently. Plug sockets next to bed. Juliette balcony. Close to main railway station and other transport links. Heating in room was great, especially as it was winter. Breakfast included - continental plus a small hot selection.

No tea/coffee facilities in room or maybe a complimentary bottle of water. No safe in room. No telephone for direct contact with reception (for information or emergencies). Would have liked at least 1 channel in English on the TV.

I was thoroughly impressed by the professional and courteous staff at Hotel Rossi, Berlin. The room was a perfect blend of comfort and elegance, not to mention spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The food, particularly the breakfast buffet, was high-quality and offered a diverse range of delicious options, making each meal a pleasure. The location was another highlight, right in the heart of Berlin with easy access to public transportation and major city attractions. Overall, the exceptional service, comfortable rooms, delightful dining, and convenient location made my stay at Hotel Rossi a truly remarkable experience.

Location near train station (10 mins walk) but in realtively quiet neighborhood is great. Room small but comfy, no traditional wardrobe but it's ok for a short stay. Breakfest didn't offer huge variety to pick from but pretty much everything imprortant was there. We appreciated smoothies with breakfest.

Unusual location of bath sink inside of the room instead of in the batchroom was a little surprising. We were missing coffeemaker in breakfest offer, the coffee in the thermos on the table wasn't very satisfying.

We booked Hotel Rossi at the last minute, as the schedule for our train journey was changed by the rai company. We didn’t realise when we booked that the hotel is run by a charity, SOS Kinderdorf, but this was obvious when we arrived and it makes the hotel extra special. The furniture in the bedroom was contemporary and we assume it was made by people the charity supports. Throughout the building there are interesting paintings, presumably also made by people who work with the charity. A lot of the food for breakfast comes from the charity’s own farm - so the yogurt and jams are homemade and much better than typical hotel fare. The service was very friendly.

This hotel is located very close to the train station, making it a convenient choice for travelers! Upon arrival at the train station, you only need a short walk to reach the hotel, saving time and reducing the fatigue of your journey. The breakfast is a highlight of this hotel! With a diverse and abundant selection, you can always find delicious dishes that suit your taste. A hearty breakfast in the morning will undoubtedly energize you for the day ahead. In addition to its prime location and delightful breakfast, the hotel staff also deserves praise. They always maintain a friendly and helpful attitude, ready to assist with any needs or questions, making you feel warmly welcomed and at home.

It's a decent hotel, but didn't blow my mind. Nice staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed, rather silent, but there were not many guests there at that time. Good enough for a night in Berlin! I guess they are supporting SOS children villages, and have some of the disabled / special needs people working there. It's a nice idea, I just hope they get same high salary as non-disabled employees :)

I was not very happy with breakfast - it was said it's "exceptional", but it's not... It's just good, in my opinion. Definitely not bad :)

The location is very convenient, the staff very helpful and polite. The room was bigger then expected and the breakfast was great (very complete and with different options).

We noticed some noises during our stay, nothing major but a bit annoying sometimes. The breakfast ends a bit early imo but that's probably because I'm used to a different schedule (it ends at 10am during the week days).
