One of the bell boy was rude. Sam and Smith were good. But there was another one who lacks hospitality. Otherwise, everything was good.

I have been staying at this hotel for several times. Located within just a few minutes walk from major shopping malls and restaurants. The newly opened Bukit Bintang City Centre or Lalaport Mall is just a merely 5 minutes walk from this hotel. Looking forward to staying at this hotel in the future.

The check-in process was smooth but unfortunately upon entering my room i found out that there is no wardrobe and the table glass was cracked. I returned to the lobby to arise the issue and the receptionist offered my to another room yet a bit old but everything was fine especially the air conditioner.

I thought we already paid for it because we paid cc,but when we arrived staff told us to pay because its just the confirmation and then when they swiped the card they need our pin no. Then a male staff explained us why, then he got the card and went inside the office when he came back to us gave the receipt and told us its ok,I was shock because why do he needs to go inside and swipe the card there.i hope will not be scammed.

Highly recommend if you want to go for sightseeing since the hotel is well located. Berjaya Times Square is 1 min walk, Lalaport is across the hotel. At Time Square you have the metro station, if you do not want to walk 5 mins to Pavilion you can always take the metro one line of Laluan Monorail 1 stop Bukit Bintang. Your Grab finds and drop you easily. You can book Tours online and Metro hotel is well located so the extra tours pick you and drop you back which were very convenient. Stayed there for 21 Days , great service the cleaning guy Shayhaan was very professional. They clean everyday. The Staff were kind and genuine approach. Overall it was worth it. Please arrange room zone or level just for visitor with child or infants. Don’t mix their room with another room without child or infant. Little bit noisy. Thank you

Location, it's near in almost everything. We actually stayed in 2 rooms. We had to transfer to family room which is better and has window but the first room was just very ordinary.

Kuala Lumpur is like a second home to me and this is the only hotel i choose every time i visit the city. Located within just a few minutes walk from major shopping malls and restaurants. The newly opened Bukit Bintang City Centre or Lalaport Mall is just a merely 5 minutes walk from this hotel. I have been staying at this hotel since it was firstly opened back in the year 2012 - 2013 and i realized that they have made a slight improvement especially inside the room itself. I could see that the hotel management had made a little refurbishment to the room that i was staying. The curtain, carpet, refrigerator and mini safe are relatively new. Not to mention the arabian restaurant next to the hotel offers a variety options of oriental food and of course their shishas are the best yet cheapest you can get in Bukit Bintang.

Improvement could be made especially inside the toilet as the rain shower pressure was a bit low. Not to mention installing a big mirror at the writing table would be more convenient and highly recommended especially for lady who needs a proper mirror rather than using the mirror inside the shower room which sometimes get foggy. The hotel management needs to look up into this matter as i have raised this issue for several times.

As i have mentioned in my previous reviews, this is one of the hotels that i would stay every time i visit Kuala Lumpur. On our day of arrival, the check in process was done smoothly. I have booked 2 Executive Deluxe Room and requested both room located on the same floor. Unfortunately, the moment we entered our rooms we encountered few problems. One of the room's door handle was not working. The most scary part is the room can be accessed by anyone even if it's locked from the inside. I called the front desk staff regarding this issue and he did his best to repair the door handle and replaced it with a new one. Once the first room issue was solved i checked on the other room at which i was staying. Unfortunately the air conditioner was not working and the room was so hot. I called the front desk staff again and he confirmed that there was a problem with the controller unit. I had no choice and insisted to move into a better room with the same category. Fortunately, the front desk staff managed to accommodate me in a better room on the 9th floor. I would like thanks Kugan the front desk staff on duty that day for his best effort dealing with my issues. After all i had a great stay at Metro Hotel Bukit Bintang.

Please provide iron and iron board inside the room especially Executive Deluxe category for the convenient of your hotel guest. Some guest might having issue ironing their garments at the hallways especially when there are people going in and out from their room.
