Spacious room , despite some ongoing work at garage it’s quite enough

Reception wasn’t working at my late arrival, 11:45. First night ruined, luckily one of the guests let me in so I can sit in side till receptionist arrived, 6am

Clean and comfortable

I was asked to check in during the afternoon so I had to make an extra trip there instead of just turning up early evening. I received a phone call at 16:30 to ask me to check in so I had to cut short what I was doing. It took a precious hour out of my very short trip to visit my sister. When I returned in the evening reception was open, whereas on the phone I was led to believe that it would be closed.

It is very clean and room is big. The receptionist and all team was very nice and always helpful. It was very comfortable stay especially with a small baby.

Near to where I needed to be.

Bed was not made, when left pyjamas on it. To see television instructions were unclear how to change the country/ language. Reading lamps beside the bed were not working.

Good hotel, room was very large. friendly staff at the front desk, free parking around hotel. Nice kitchenette and a Lidl is close by. Good option if staying in area for a few days

There are a few nice restaurants like Munzur Fish and Beef / Hanabi nearby within walking distance. A water/liquor store next door. Convenient.

I like that all was clean and the room was good. Staf were very helpfull, and organise a take away breakfest-some sandwiches, fruits and coffe, because we have a early departure.
