Excellent hotel with superb staff. Very friendly welcome and staff were professional throughout our stay. Hotel was clean and modern with a calming feel walking in from the streets of Cascais. Good location. 6min walk to Yellow St. Room was well equipped with top quality fittings and furniture.

Charging €4 for water in your room is not right considering the price paid for the hotel. Pool and pool area was pretty small considering the size of the hotel, although we didn't have an issue getting a bed during our stay. Hotel parking was expensive so parked for free nearby

Lovely hotel 5-10 minutes walk from the centre. Very clean and staff were helpful and friendly. Quiet indoor and outdoor pools with plenty of outside sun loungers. Delicious breakfast with plenty of variety including vegetarian options. Rooms were spacious and the rainfall shower was perfect. We were given 6 complimentary coffee pods (2 were decaf) and a bottle of water. An extras were chargeable which was made clear upon check in. The curtains were magnetic so provided excellent blackout from the morning sun. I’d definitely stay here again!

Few minor issues with the cleaning taking place very late in the day when we wanted to get ready for the evening. Toiletries in the bathroom were not always replenished. Few minor communication issues when ordering from the a la carte menu at breakfast on one occasion but it was rectified on the third attempt and there were no issues on other days.

Overall, our stay was okay, but there were several aspects that didn’t meet the expectations for a 4-star hotel. While nothing was terribly wrong, we’ve stayed in other 4-star hotels that were far superior.

The restaurant options were very limited, and while breakfast was decent, it was quite average. The rooms felt rather small, and the parking area was also very limited, with only a few available spots. We also found the staff not to be the friendliest.

It’s very new and has a lovely relaxed style. The dining area is lovely and bright; nice choice for breakfast. Used the gym, indoor pool and sauna; very nice set up and although the outdoor pool looked inviting, my visit was in winter… The bed was extra comfy and I loved all the pillows. My room had a nice balcony with a view across Cascais and I could watch lovely sunrises in the mornings. Loved the coffee facilities in the room. Easy exploring Cascais on foot and it also a great place from which to have a day out in Sintra which is less than 20 minutes away by taxi/Uber.

Paying for extra coffee capsules if you’re in the room for more than a night seems a little mean, but coffee out in Portugal isn’t expensive, so I really shouldn’t complain.

Simply one of the best hotels in the last years (Stayed in many hotels like Hyatt etc and Top 20 in Asia). Very exclusive interior, super nice smell in the entire hotel, exceptionally clean and superior treatment by the staff. We were there during the black out that hit Portugal and Spain and the very calm and professional handling of the staff in such an exceptional event, can not be described in words. It was simply brilliant. Also the restaurant is very exquisite.

We had a great stay at Legacy Hotel. Hotel design is beautiful, rooms are very comfortable (beds, linen, blackout curtains). It is located just a short walk to the city center. Staff were incredibly helpful in sorting out any issues.

Breakfast could be improved - it has plenty of variety but quality a bit underwhelming for what you would expect. You also need to pay extra for parking. Spa only has one small dry sauna and indoor swimming pool, a bit limited for a long stay.

It is a new hotel, clean.

You need to have daily drinking water and tea packets. Besides for suitcase, very little space. The price per normal room is very high. It's a five-star hotel price. There should be more different types of food, not only Italian. Being in Portugal, the guests definitely would like Portuguese cuisine, too. Internal dining should not be charged with taxes.

We had an amazing stay in the legacy hotel. The hotel is so clean and rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The pool area is so clean and very comfortable beds to lounge on. The staff here are truly exceptional. They are so polite when you arrive and are on hand for recommendations and ideas of what to do. They were so friendly constantly asking if we needed anything by the pool. It really made a huge difference to our stay.

The pool was a little cold for the time of year that we went.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast . A comfortable room. Very good bar experience. We had a seemless experience not withstanding the power outage in the country at the time. My husband got a lovely birthday surprise in our room on his birthday. Location 10 min comfortable walk to major attractions.

The staff were some of the friendliest we have ever come across. Breakfast was served in the very stylish restaurant and had plenty of choice. Just a short walk into Cascais
