Really nice room and breakfast, the staff was very nice and helpful, starting with the shuttle service! They picked us up at 2.30am at the airport (Otopeni) without a problem.

I emailed the hotel before leaving the uk 🇬🇧 to ask could they send a shuttle for my flight arriving at 11:pm . It said on website the shuttle was available but nobody responded to my email and I had to catch a taxi in the end 😟

The hotel is super close to the airport, within strolling distance; you can literally walk over there, if it's daytime and you're packing lightly. The transfer shuttle is no longer included in the booking price. It costs an extra 10€ from ther airport and 5€ from the hotel (payabla at the front desk) and needs to be booked in advance. Super helpful if you're coming or going at night and have a heavy bagage. The chauffeur will call you and pick you up from the airport. Upon changing my plans, I was able to change the dates of my booking with no issues and no extra fee, which was amazing, as I had already gotten a special offer. The room was pleasantly warm, clean, spacious. Being next to he airport, I had no pretentions of it being quiet, but on the side I was on, except for the occasional airplanes flying overhead, there was nothing to be heard. All in all very nice and covenient! Thanks! I'll come again.

This has nothing to do with the hotel per se: I wanted to go to sleep earlier, as I needed to get up at 3 AM and the guests next door kept on slamming the doors and talking super loudly until late in the night. Maybe book the guests that need to get up early on a quiet floor?

İt is the fourth time I came to this hotel. I like the place, but please, give customers a bottle of water at arrival, especially at night.

İ really like the hotel, I've been few times for overnight stay. The one thing that brothered me on 24/10/2024 was that, İ arrived late at night, and when İ asked if I can have a cup of coffee, the staff wouldn't allow me to use the coffee machine even though I offered to pay, I asked for water, and yet again I was denied. At midnight İ walked to the nearby gas station to get a coffee and a bottle of water. İ was told that only in the morning I can get coffee and water. This isn't an acceptable fact, I was traveling the whole day and night, and the hotel can't give me a cup of coffee to relax? I would highly recommend that management review this minor but very important issue.

We liked the fact that hotel is close to the airport (3 mins by shuttle bus and 10 mins by taxi).

The reception desk staff is not very good at English, could not understand them correctly and missed my breakfast. The room has only one mirror in the bath room, it’s not enough, on my opinion. Also it’s very unusual that the bathroom sanitary has problem water after shower…

Short ride to the airport, small and cozy location

The AC barely kept the room cool, can’t imagine when summer will be in full swing.

We spent the night here after a late night arrival to the Bucharest airport. This hotel was so lovely we booked it again at the end of our trip. Convenient location, clean and comfortable rooms, helpful staff, wonderful breakfast.

Parking lot is small and got very tight.

It is located close to the international airport. We were in transit, we spent there only a day, but we felt comfortable, the staff was friendly and the food varied and tasteful Outside was cold and rainy, but the temperature inside was comfortable The air conditioner did not make any noise .

The hotel has a shuttle from and to the airport. The idea is nice and the drivers were OK, but we had difficulties finding the shuttle when we arrived. I think that the meeting point should be better described.

The staff was wonderful and the food a much higher quantity than I expected. The rooms are small and have just basic amenities. But clean, quiet and the bed was very comfortable. One major thing that was missing was a full length mirror. The dining room was exceptional and nicely appointed. Since I had a very early flight I did not experience the breakfast buffet. But based on the set-up and the food I had for dinner, I am sure it was much better than average. There was a early bird case with fruit, muffins and yogurt to go. The staff made the stay very pleasant and the risotto was the best I have ever eaten. And not to be missed is the chocolate cherry cake. The shuttle to the airport was 5 minutes and the driver was there to take us at 3 am with a smile. The highway is right outside the door. And free parking in back and plentiful. A very nice place for a short stay.

A full length mirror and a plug in the bathroom and better lighting for putting on makeup

Staff: Ana and Alina were amazing. They really catered to our needs and went above and beyond for us. Alina gave us some great sightseeing tips and even gave us a great plan to follow which worked perfectly. Ana helped us when we were being scammed by Uber drivers at Therme. When they realised we were headed for the airport they would accept our ride then cancel it and offer to take us for €15 (Uber was €7). He said there was no point looking elsewhere as they would all cancel me. Which they did and laughed about it. Thankfully, upon contacting Ana helped us out and was able to help us get to the airport. We were very grateful as she helped out of a very very intimidating situation. The decoration was really nice. We loved the layout of the hotel and the simplicity of it. There was a lot of dust in the room. Not visible dust but as we were both allergic to dust we really felt it. Also the room was extremely hot. Reception or cleaner were not able to help us so we just left the window open. The bathroom was relatively clean however the toilet could have done with a clean on the outside as there was residue on it.

There was one staff member who was really unfriendly. I asked for sausage during breakfast as it was finished an hour before the breakfast bar closes but she told me she couldn’t get more food as they were closing in an hour. We had to eat whatever was available which wasn’t much. I wanted to use a tray for my breakfast so I took one from the bar. The waitress asked for the tray back because it was against policy. I said to her I just needed it for a few minutes but she declined. I pleaded with her but to no avail so I left it and went to eat. She later returned and dropped the tray on my table. Im not sure why she was reluctant for me to use one of many trays but that was a very unpleasant experience. Especially when one of her colleagues prompted her to allow me to use it.
