Rooms are being incrementally refurbished. It is the old house of a Catholic religious order (Fratelli Maristi) so is quirky in comparison to standard hotels. Crunchy Pizza nearby is great for lunch or dinner. And there is a cake shop nearby to Crunchy Pizza which has lovely torte e cornetti. Also good supermercato nearby. I liked everything!

I liked that the location was very close to Palazzo dello Sport the most, it is also a 15 minute walk away from Eur Fermi metro station. Great staff, amazing view and safe neighborhood. I would like to give a special thanks to the staff at breakfast, Suzanna was very kind and cheerful which helped the guests feel at ease especially as a solo traveler. Also great music taste!

The location is nice. Not too far from the metro line. It is in a quiet place with trees and plants.

We thought the breakfast was included, we had breakfast there anyway. The breakfast does not have alternative for people who are allergic to milk products or gluten. The eggs were not well cooked. The parking was additional, a change from two years ago. We had to pay an additional tax which was not disclosed at the time of purchase.

The staff was great, very helpful. The hotel is located in a very good and safe area. Public transport is a 10-15 minute walk away. The room was very good, tidy, clean. The breakfast was perfect, a very wide offer and everything is very tasty.

The hotel is located on a hill, there was a lot of climbing :D but I do not see that as a minuss, it was a good work out :D

The hotel is located in a very nice location. Is has easy access to bus and metro. The hotel needs to be renovated as soon as possible because it seems that the last one took place at least 30 years ago. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is average. It needs to offer bigger variety of fruits and cheeses and for sure some vegetables. There is a huge variety of sweet staff to eat but not many hot dishes and salty staff.

The staff was very polite. The room were clean and comfortable. The hotel has a restaurant and the staff is very polite and the quality of the food is high (home made) and not expensive!

I would suggest the hotel to sign a framework agreement with the gym close to the hotel in order to provide an additional service. However, everything was perfect and the quality of the service well above the average of 3 stars hotel.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Cleanliness was perfect. Breakfast was Ok.

Location was pretty bad. Also the hairdryer was very weak. Last, but not least, though, the breakfast was OK, but it was the same all the days, and it was not very divers.

Staff was super nice and helpful, sheets in beds were very good, air conditioning was silent and efficient, Wi-Fi was fine and easy to access, shower was good. Room was super dark when the windows were closed

Costs as much as an “all inclusive” resort in a tropical country and certainly isn’t worth all that much. The door of the box in the bathroom was broken.

Location to the metro was good. Location to local facilities was great. Good choice at breakfast, friendly staff who were great at communicating with before our very late arrival.

Water should be replenished in the rooms each day.
