Location was perfect. Wasn't expecting valet, that was a nice surprise. The view was nice. Room was clean. We needed a wine corker the front desk provided one.

Wasn't informed how to get ice for the ice bucket. For the price, info for breakfast, complimentary or otherwise would have been nice. We stayed 2 nights and the afternoon before the second night we were out and upon return our door was left open. The cleaning staff had been in, but the deadbolt was engaged and the door didn't shut. Our belongings were inside, and after a temporary panic attack everything was ok but ... very nerve wracking. At time of checkout we waited about 5 minutes for a staff member and got tired of waiting so we left room cards on desk. Room had a fridge & coffeemaker but not a microwave. That would have been nice to reheat leftovers from dining out.

The rooms were so spacious, comfortable and clean. The toiletries were great, I really appreciated having the makeup wipes. Additionally it was nice to have the free coffee in the room and lobby. The location could not be better, you’re right in the heart of the town with everything in walking distance.

The building isn’t the newest and that means that the rooms aren’t sound proof. It wasn’t a big deal for us! We were lucky and had quiet neighbours but we did notice the next morning (our departure day) with new neighbours that were quite loud that we could hear them in the other room.

Beautifully decorated for Christmas and the holidays. Staff were very friendly, especially the gentlemen at the valet station. Very helpful helping me unload my car when I arrived much later at night than I expected. Kitchen staff were amazing allowing me to grab a full meal even thought it was quite late. In the morning the valet took the time and warmed up my car and cleaned off all of the snow off the vehicle.

Honestly there was NOTHING I didn’t like. Everything was perfect.

The location is absolutely perfect for walking around town. Close to everything on either side of town so we only used the car is we were going a great ways away. The staff were so nice and welcoming. We went two weeks before Christmas so it was decorated beautifully (I'm also positive they had pine tree and cinnamon scents being pumped through the air ducts because it smelled amazing everywhere too). The room was a great size for the 4 of us that went and housekeeping maintained it well with fresh towels. There was nothing bad to say about our stay there!

Loved the looks inside and out of this hotel and the lobby had a pleasant very noticeable smell! Our room was beautiful and clean with a great view! Definitely going to stay here again in the future, great location in the heart of everything! My stay through booking.com included breakfast with the hotel stay, the food was delicious with great options (service style, no buffet)! Both the breakfast room and the restaurant for dinner were both updated and had a great atmosphere. They also have a rooftop bar which I didn't get to this trip but I'm sure it's an awesome spot to hang with a great lake view, can't wait to check it out on my next visit!

I wasn't aware of the parking situation beforehand so I didn't know they charge $19 a day (valet parking, no self parking available) They said we can also park at an off site lot within walking distance (very close) for like $5 or $6 a night. We chose to park at the hotel valet parking since we had our bikes on the back of the car. The valet service was absolutely great! Very quick and friendly staff. I would recommend parking at the hotel for sure if you don't mind spending the extra money. We stayed for three nights and they only charged us for two days worth of parking.

Location Clean Comfortable. Had King bed with sofa that opens into bed. Did nit need the extra bed but sofa comfortable to watch TV. Double doors open to bed with a window overlooking main street.

Walls are thin. Could gear someone snoring next door minimally. Did not prevent me from going back to sleep.

Love the location of the hotel, centrally located & near everything. Staff was super friendly. We also loved the valet parking.

The room for the price was much smaller than we expected. The bedroom area was large but the seating area where we like to sit and play games, watch TV, etc was very cramped. We ended up sitting in the bed to play games, watch TV, eat, etc. which was not so easily done.

They overcharged us for the valet parking. Was supposed to be 19.00 a night and they charged us 24.00 a night. The air conditioning didn't work properly. The guy at the front desk was not friendly.

Hotel desk clerk sent us to a lovely coffee shop down the street for breakfast. They had at least 30 different kinds of breakfast sandwiches, plus crepe burritos with all different fillings, both savory and sweet. But best part.... Hotel desk suggested we sit behind the library, on the lake, to eat! Lovely!

Staff were lovely and the room was very nice and comfortable. Location on street was wonderful.

They use extremely strong air freshener in lobby and hallways which made it difficult to breathe. My husband and I are sensitive and asthmatic and it really made it unpleasant stepping out of our room. We went there to get some fresh mountain air and the windows in room did not open, they were bolted shut. I would not have stayed there had I thought to ask.
