Location is perfect, close to everything. Staff are excellent as always

My sister and I stayed here for 1 night, and the hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly upon arrival. We absolutely loved our room, it was very clean, bigger than expected and included air conditioning, water, and tea/coffee making facilities, in addition to a small table with chairs and a desk with a large mirror. We were located on the first floor and there was no noise from outside, despite staying on a Saturday night. The free car park for guests was a great bonus! Even once we checked out, the staff were happy to let me leave my car in their car park for an hour or two while we went shopping. I would highly recommend this hotel!

I am vegan - breakfast buffet has options with plant based drinks, but has no options for hot food other than tomatoes, beans and potato cubes. Would love to see mushrooms, hashbrowns, veggie sausages, scrambled tofu as options (even upon request). Even from the other options, mini croissants for example are vegetarian, but contain milk and eggs. Understood vegan is a minority, a small stock can go a long way.

Everywhere was very clean and even saw people cleaning around the outside of the property on a couple of occasions. Had booked a room with a sea view which we expected to be a normal window but was allocated room 530 which has a viewing / seating area that protrudes out given fantastic 180 degree views. Could have spent all day just sat on the comfy sofa looking out. All the staff we encountered were very friendly, efficient and helpful. We ate in the restaurant one night which was very good as were the breakfasts. Very good location to walk into town and the harbour.

Staff were as wonderful as ever, and very helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Evening meal in the bar was 10 out of 10. Music in the bar afterwards was appreciated and pleasant. The hotel facilitated us with 2 single bedrooms near to each other, one of which was a disabled bedroom and bathroom which we had requested and which was much appreciated.

The lift broke down while we were in it. These things happen but my friend uses a walker and the other lift didn't bring us near our rooms, although a very kind employee did his best to help us. My bedroom was lovely but the bed was two single beds pushed together which makes me nervous of falling down the gap. Other than that, thank you for the lovely stay and well done for the staff you employ who do a great job to make sure everyone is comfortable.

Good enough choice for trad breakfast but not for the price. Bar food very good. But chef please choose a different cut for the beef casserole or cook for longer(?) Had to leave most of the meat behind as too chewy and dry. Feel bad even picking on this because so much flavour otherwise. Again, highly commend all your staff. Attentive and friendly 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

In comparison to for example Leonardo’s the breakfast overall for the price was pretty basic. In future I’d opt for a less expensive brunch elswhere!! Hot food selection good. Overalll in comparison to above, only fair.

At last, they have beans out with the breakfast items and you don't need to ask for them separately. Check in is quick, easy and friendly. There are plenty of social spaces to meet with friends and family for a coffee, a chat or a meal.

As per each of my stays, I requested a sea view room that didn't also have a view of the flats but although one window seat had an uninterrupted sea view, the opposite chair just had a view of the flats which is disappointing.

Beds were large and comfortable. Room was clean . The lounge areas are very comfortable and inviting. Parking is free with validation. It’s well-situated with lots of shops and cafes in easy walking distance.

The weather was warm and it was very stuffy in the room. A fan would have helped. I had a nice sea view but my daughter had an unattractive view. The food was ok but not excellent. I had beef stew which was very sweet and sticky like it came from a can. My husband had chicken supreme which was nice.

The hotel was a good location easy to walk to local pubs etc … The food was delicious the feather blade beef was so nice highly recommended a the chicken fajitas where delicious to . Breakfast was good only thing we booked 10:15 and a lot was food was gone but on request we got some more except the pastries .. we went when the snow hit so the lounge/ bar / hotel reception where quit cold due to the location I presume right at the seafront We had to wear jumpers in the lobby lounge .. but the bedrooms where warm and comfy

Fabulous room. Great staff, excellent food. We always stay here when visiting Wexford and on all our Ferry trips because the EV charging posts in the car park. This means you can board ferry at rosslare with at least 95% battery so can drive off at UK side at least 250miles before needing to charge on route.

Only minor niggle was there was 'no aircon' in hot room, and sun was overheating the room. a 4 start hotel should also have a room fridge. Noisy bathroom pipe work was 74 decibels whining all night.
