The room is perfectly clean and well shared with everything you need for a lovely stay. - very comfortable bed - super shower - very nice kitchen ( bring some tea and coffee capsules for Nespresso) - super location; there's the tram and a supermarket vis a vis We would visit the hotel again in the warm season. There is no heating system.

We booked a room with 4 beds, but we could use only 3. One bed was placed in front of the air conditioning unit, which was constantly blowing cold air. I asked a few times for a solution at the reception. Nothing could be done, and the room temperature was very low, besides not being possible to use one bed.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The room was excellent—spacious, very clean, and fully equipped with all the amenities you might need. It was perfect for our family of four. The location is also very convenient, within walking distance of several good restaurants and a large supermarket, which was great for picking up anything we needed during our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

If I had one thing to say that the pillows are very uncomfortable..very thin.. so of anyone has a sleeping problem, we recommend getting your pillow with you

The location was pretty good. A bit far to walk to the city center, but still doable. The hotel is located in a very clean neighborhood. And the park behind the Europa-park Stadion is only a few kilometers away, which is very good for running there. Basically, the apartment was fine. And the fact that pets are allowed is also a bonus, although we didn't use that option this time and we didn't check out the additional costs or requirements.

The only thing we sort of missed was a water kettle. Of course, we could simply boil water in a pan on the stove. It worked, but it was less convenient if you drink a lot of tea. In addition, in general, we thought that the price was a bit high in an absolute sense. However, compared to other premises in Freiburg it is still not cheap, but OK.

The garden and the lounge were superb. There is a free table football , games, books and water for guests. The parking is good, lots of light. The garbage room is great. The kitchenette was good for a short sray. Dog friendly. Good location next to tram in a clean , peaceful residential area with a few restaurants , supermarkets and a cafe. Good extraction in the kitchen and great shower. All 4 beds were good beds, not fold up ones

Room too small for a family with two teens and dog. We could not all eat together. The bed next to the door did bot have its own socket, nor reading light.I do not like the policy of not being able to reserve parking. There is a public civered oarkibg nearvy though.

The location was ideal for our purposes with close proximity to a tram route into the centre of Freiburg and the central train station, as well as a supermarket, drugstore and various nice cafes and restaurants was brilliant! Many nice restaurants in easy walking distance- have a look around if you come to stay! Very comfortable and modern setting.

It would have been nice to have a way of asking for housekeeping services or fresh bedding/towels e.g. a tag we can place on the door handle if wanted. Having some info available in the room would also have been great e.g. a map of local area/Freiburg city centre, plus some explanations of the services available in the adagio and how to access them, though the staff were very helpful for all questions! We asked for an early check out (around 5:30am) and there was a staff member available at that time, however they had very limited English, and couldn't get logged onto their computer/system, so we had to just leave our name/room number and leave without confirming our checkout. Thankfully we had paid for everything already, but if we hadn't this could have been very awkward!

Bed was very comfortable, mattress was relatively hard Coffee Maschine and kitchen was a major plus Location is good with direct tram connection to the downtown in ten minutes. Air conditioning was really good and the room darkness was satisfactory. Rooms were exceptionally clean and the price was good. Would stay again.

Single bed was relatively narrow Staff could be a bit more social and polite Herbs/ Salt and pepper missing from the kitchen

A very nice hotel, amazing & helping staff, and located centrally. This hotel is very good for short/long holidays where we can cook basic things if needed. They provide all basic kitchen stuff and staff also helps for any special requests. Pretty much all stores (including medical store) and restaurants are located nearby. Public transportation is on opposite side. Plus point: good number of car parking spaces available on the street.

Rooms are bit small but manageable.

Basic but comfortable rooms with air conditioning and a mini-kitchen. Very nice lobby area. Laundry in the basement. Parking attached to building, for an extra fee. We had a fine stay and would stay here again.

The only negative point was getting to/from the rooms. The elevator is a bit slow and complicated, and someone had pressed all of the buttons before we got on... We thought then we would take the stairs, only to find that they are locked from the inside, so we had to go back down to the entrance and get on the elevator again. It would be nice to be able to take the stairs to avoid always taking the elevator.

New and clean. Good beds and very close to public transportation. Great basement with washer, dryer, and extra toilets. Manned all night. Very quiet building. Fine "mini market" in the reception with drinks and snacks. Easy access to grocery shopping - Edeka has most things - the rest you can get at Kaufland. Several restaurants near by.

Very noicy refrigerator in the middle of the room. The cooker was extremely slow, and the pots er too big. It is only possible to have one pot on the cooker at the same time. It would help a lot if there was an electric kettle and a toaster.

Very comfortable hotel, nice spacious rooms and the location is brilliant with a beautiful view of the black forest. I like the concept of apartment-hotels as it makes us feel like we're at home.

It would be great if the hotel could provide a broom and a mop in each room (just like how there are kitchen utensils and dishwashing soap), since the rooms get very dirty and no one comes to clean them. The guests can clean the room themselves. The concept of an apart-hotel is great, but cleaning the room becomes a hassle and one cannot expect guests to carry a broom with them on vacation.
