The free breakfast was excellent for the most part. The waffles, oatmeal, toast, English Muffins, muffins, & juices were excellent. Some of my family liked the "spicy" Western Omelets,& "spicy" cubed potatoes, but some of us cannot tolerate spicy foods. They had hard-boiled eggs, but it would have been nice to have plain, scrambled eggs, since they were already making the omelets! But, we did not expect the large variety of foods!! It was very nice!

(See above)!! Plus, we would have chosen a larger room, if we stayed longer! We had 2 adults, & my 20 & 17 yr. old sons, who are practically adults. There was only 1 closet & 5 small drawers on 1 side of the desk, & 3 larger drawers on the other end, next to the small refrigerator. There was a desk, but I should have.chosen a room with a pull-out sofa. The walk-in shower was very nice, as well as the large bathroom!

Hotel was fine.

My issue is with Booking.com I checked out two days early and hotel Saud I needed to contact Booking.com I reached out asking for a refund of two days stay, but kept getting an error and was not ever able to submit my request. Extremely unhappy and unless resolved won't use Booking.com again.

I appreciated choices for breakfast, so we didn't have to have the same thing every day. Always love a fresh waffle! The staff here works hard to ensure you have what you need, and are pleasant when asked for help, information, or extra services.

They kept the ac on full blast, and we found the entire building very cold! Had to wear a sweater inside. This may be typical for the Midwest. The pool was very cold, and they no longer have the hot-tub which is in the photos.

The front desk people were very fast and efficient, room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was great.

There is no longer a hot tub, which we saw on photos. Also it's hard to get out of the hotel if you want to take a left turn out of the parking lot. Seems it's designed for right turns only.

They did not clean the room the whole time I was there. Then they said you have to request it, and I did and even asked the cleaning lady to come clean after we leave when I saw her. However, she barely spoke English and basically gestured she couldn’t without some sort of authority. I kept having to go the front desk to ask for more towels, more toilet paper, etc. The front desk staff were very nice, sweet and accommodating when asked for anything, but it would have been nice if we could have come back to a clean room every day. Not what I expect from a Hilton owned hotel. It was really annoying.

Great breakfast options. Nice pool with pool towels.

Information indicated housekeeping was provided every other day however we had housekeeping only once during our 5 night stay. We did get clean towels when we requested.

Our room was very nice. The walk in shower with practical safety rails. I loved the complimentary facial towelettes I wish I could buy them for use at home.

I stay at this Hampton every time I visit family. It is consistently excellent. The cleanliness is my top reason. The staff are friendly and do their jobs well. It’s always a pleasure to stay there.

Maybe a little more healthy choice like hard boiled eggs and a variety of yogurt brands etc.

Clean hotel nice rooms

checkin staff didn't explain the charges on the room thoroughly. i wasn't notified of the $50 deposit that was placed and was confused about the price i was charged

The breakfast was great! The eggs were delicious. There were several options to choose from for breakfast. I wish I had room to taste everything.

The person working at the reception desk was sick. They were sneezing and spreading germs. They did not use a Kleenex or hand sanitizer while waiting on us.
