The pool is exceptional. Our grand daughter enjoyed it very much. The services were good. The staff especially Janelle who was very friendly and attended to our needs. She even arranged for my grandchild to be with chef Mark and cooked mashed potatoes. My granddaughter was ecstatic. Kevin was so kind to give our granddaughter fresh tomatoes which she loved very much. Merlyn was just as kind. The hotel services were great.

It is not exactly beach front but it takes only 2 to 3 minutes walk to get to the beach. It would be nice if the property could request the LGU to make the road going to the beach more manageable for walking.

Staff are attentive, friendly and accommodating - shout out to these individuals that made our stay enjoyable; Kyle (for making my husband a fresh ginger, lemon and honey tea because he got sick), Venus (who greeted us and showed us our room - she was our first impression, and first impressions last, she was wonderful), Ronilo, Shaina, Rozzel, and Joyce (were our waiters and waitresses for breakfast lunch and dinner), Marco & Mawe (continuously filled our water and cleared our plates without asking, during meal services) Everyone made our stay so much more enjoyable Rooms were cleaned daily and when guest services were contacted, they were prompt with requests. Beds were a little firm for me at the start, but after a day I got used to it. Upon check-in, we were provided with an upgrade which was a lovely surprise. Free shuttle to D*mall was great! Just have to provide at least an hours notice, if you want to take advantage of the service Overall, despite the property being away from the action (which isn't really an issue due to the free shuttle and ample electric tricycles just outside the door), I would highly recommend staying here, and would personally stay here again

We stayed during Habagat (monsoon) season, but this didnt deter us from using the pool - it would have been nice if the pool was heated during this season. Other than that, we loved our experience at the Four Points

Clean, well-lit, warm welcome from staff. The pool was well-maintained w a dedicated staff that looked after guests really well. There’s shower rooms to use before getting in the pool. Good location tucked away in a quiet part of the island that was giving village feels which we loved. It was like our home away from home.

Just the way to the beach was not very senior-friendly because of the downhill path which we didn’t mind for us but for our elderly mother it wasn’t ideal. Also, it would be good to have a separate area for guests coming in w their wet clothes and footwear from the beach as it makes the lobby floor a little slippery when it gets wet. Although staff were always ready to dry up the floor so maybe add an extra rug or something. Just for safety reasons.

The room we book was excellent with private pool access it was clean and nice decor the only thing is no lick in the bath room and there was a gap where you might see the person doing his business.The Staffs were super duper nice shout out to all the staffs from reception, door man , cleaning lady , kitchen staffs on the April 22-24 we stayed in the property my husband loves the breakfast he said the best breakfast selection he have from other countries hotel we stayed..The hotel is 10 mins away from the party places and you can ride the trike for 150 pesos for each trip there is a nearer beach for swimming if you wish you can walk around 10 mins.Hotel Staffs are the gem of the hotel.Thumbs up to you All.from the hagans

I think the driver of the bus service we ride at night of April 23 at 9:40 he was a-bit rude.when i ask what time we need to be there . He reply 9:40 if you are not here I'm gone but we arrived at 9:20 he waited for after 9:40 my point it he should have said it nicely that the bus can stay only at 9:40 he was not even friendly.Aside from That it was a pleasant stay.

Everything is clean, orderly and working. The staff are polite, friendly and helpful. The breaksfast buffet has a decent selection, and food are always warm and delicious. The pools are regularly cleaned and spacious. The free shuttle service is also a great bonus. The location may not be ideal but the free service and accessibility to nearby shops and restos made up for it. There are also open EV cabs in line outside the hotel anytime for anyone who wants to go somewhere. Nothing can beat the value of staying here.

Four Points by Sheraton Boracay is perfectly situated on a serene stretch of Boracay’s White Beach. The beachfront offers breathtaking sunsets, making it a great spot for evening strolls. Rooms: The rooms are modern, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. The décor is tasteful, combining contemporary elements with a touch of local flavor. My room had a fantastic view of the pool, and was a perfect spot to unwind after a day in the sun. Housekeeping was prompt and ensured the room was spotless each day. Special thanks to Rosel in the reception and all the staff. So accommodating and prompt to respond. The transport service going to Dmall was very comfortable. I recommend Fourpoints by Sheraton Boracay to be your home away from home in your holiday getaway. Amenities: The hotel offers a range of amenities, including a well-equipped fitness center, a beautiful swimming pool with a view of the ocean, and a spa that offers a variety of treatments. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was a plus. There are also several activities organized by the hotel, such as beach volleyball and paddleboarding, which added to the overall experience. Staff were very accommodating and friendly, facilities were fantastic, the hotel was next to the beach front and everything was well maintained.

A couple of the spa features didn't work, their shuttle/boat service that they're affiliated with "South West" was pestering us for more money even though we paid online and paid in person for luggage transfers. Also the bar by the poolside table was unattended for most of our stay, we had to order drinks at the restaurant.

1. The Whole place is clean and smells good; 2. The rooms are nice and clean, also the AC is nice for the hot Weather; 3. The staff are all kong and accommodating; 4. The Pool is well kept.5. The internet is fast you can Watch Movies even download. 6. The breakfast is delicious. Not Salty. Highly recommend Their homemade tapa and the Arroz caldo.

The down side was its not Beach Front but nonetheless I think they made it UP with shuttle service. The Pillow is not new.

amazing! gym, breakfast, room was clean and spacious and modern. everything was well maintained. Staff was exceptional, they were even very helpful to my friend who left her jacket when we were already at the airport (big thank you to Gideon for the massive help). exceeded our expectations!

nothing, everything was great. We did however send our laundry for express service (they use third party) and some white clothes had pink patches. So that was a big off for us.

The location is very strategic, it is not beach front so it’s not as loud and busy as those properties at the beachfront but it’s only 3-minute walk from the beach. You’ll get your daily steps 😉 The staff were very accommodating and friendly. They were able to make our stay very comfortable. Special mention to Brylle from front desk, Janelle, Maria, Jomar, and Edwin from the restaurant. Every breakfast was a treat! Also, i forgot to ask the life guard’s name but he was really nice too. I would recommend this for family vacation.
