We very much enjoyed our stay at this charming property. It’s indeed an older, historic property, and that’s part of the charm. Everything was spotlessly clean. The grounds are nice to explore with lots of areas to sit and enjoy the surrounding scenery and fresh air. At night it’s very quiet. We were here in January and didn’t need any heating. Breakfast was very good. We especially liked the 24-hour access to the coffee machine in the breakfast room.

Internet was pretty hit and miss during our stay. Not a reflection on the hotel, at all, but be aware there aren’t any restaurants in walking distance to the hotel—especially if walking back after dark. So, be prepared to drive. We bought food during the day and used the hotel microwave, which worked out perfectly!

It's a nice complex, room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was basic but good. It's really close to jardin canaria which is a nice place to visit but not much else around (definitely recommend bringing some drinks/food as there's no grocery shop/restaurant close by).

Bit of a confusion with keys...we were told they'll be in a security box, as we were checking in past 8pm, which took us a while to locate, only to find out they're not there so had to call and wait for someone to show up and hand over the keys.

The hotel is very nice and clean. The rooms are cleaned daily, ensuring a high standard of hygiene. The breakfast is fresh, varied, and offers plenty of options. The staff are exceptionally friendly and always ready to help.

It’s worth choosing a slightly more expensive option, as my cheapest choice turned out to be less comfortable. It was a very dark room with a small window, and the lack of automatic ventilation forced us to keep the door open at times, which unfortunately compromised our privacy.

The room was spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a selection of juice, meats, cheese and fruit. Good coffee!

There was nowhere to get any food that was not a drive away, and we had just flown in late from UK. The hotel was not doing food. We were directed to the local sports club where we were able to get a beer and some chips! Just not what we would have chosen when tired and hungry!

Lovely hotel with nice sized rooms. Very nice gardens and swimming pool, which make a very relaxing stay. Nice breakfast provided, and there is a coffee machine, little fridge and microwave available for guests use throughout the day, which is a nice touch if you don't want to eat out. Although there is no restaurant within walking distance, there is a choice of really good restaurants within a 10 min drive. The staff were really friendly and the room was very clean.

Quiet location and lovely historic feel. Great views over the ravine at the back and fairly easy access off main roads from airport

Room was ground floor with windows with shutters only. Poorly latched so not very secure and no privacy with shutters open. Dust on many surfaces and slightly sad shower. Breakfast was very limited. Difficult to access the car park in the dark (one way through the tennis club car park)

The owner went out of her way to accommodate to my dietary restrictions / food allergy. The room was large, clean and had a comfy bed and nice deck. There is more than enough parking space. We really loved the hotel cat and her three kittens!

Nice hotel in peaceful location, has spacious parking. Great choice for those travelling by car and looking for a place to sleepover for a reasonable price. Very friendly staff. Basic but tasty breakfast. Big room and bathroom, fairly clean but could be freshed up/renovated a bit.

Lovely old hotel with lovely outside spaces. Good location close to Las Palmas and airport. Very near the beautiful botanical garden. We had a huge bedroom with separate living room. Good range of breakfast food and drink and hot drink machine available 24 hours. Generally clean.

The bed and mattress could have been more comfortable. The radiators were dusty.

This hotel is in quiet area that offers plenty of parking space. It has a huge roof terrace with nice views. Our room was large and clean with comfortable beds. The breakfast was generous and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Overall, very good value for money.
