Great location no harassment in the morning by housekeepers they double check with you the day before to confirm whether you need them or not pet friendly Awesome breakfast

I was called at work by the hotel stating I could not stay the additional night that I had paid for already because of a stain in a towel they took my deposit $300 for five towels and a duvet apparently and some face clothes.. their pictures so one dirty towel on top of a pile of towels as well as one single pen tip droplet of ink on the duvet so not only did they take my deposit of $300 they checked me out and I'm still to see my refund for the second day I was supposed to stay

Really polite and helpful staff, great breakfast, good internet, spacious and well equipped and quiet rooms.

We moved rooms as the first one assigned was probably used by a pet owner and I felt like I had an allergic reaction to the previous pet in the room or the room spray. Thanks for moving us however, even in "pet-friendly hotels" there should be separate rooms for pet owners and those who don't mix with pets. Two things that were missing was a) cream for coffe (not just milk) b) PLEASE get rid of the tiny disposable milk/creamers that are full of toxins (don't require refrigeration) produce unnecessary waste and end up in the ocean! Most coffee shops have gone back to Thermal carafes!

It was clean and the staff were great. Breakfast was good and the 24/7 coffee was awesome.

The accessible rooms weren’t the most accessible. The door was too heavy for my Mom to open on her own. Each time she had to leave or enter her room I had to go down the hall and assist her. Also, I had emailed and called to confirm if there was a seat in the accessible shower - I was told there was not. We spent $75 on a travel seat for my Mom, only to find that there is a seat in the shower.

Clean rooms. Really spacious and comfortable beds. Love that it has a kitchen and they also provide you with a portable cooktop. Breakfast was amazing with lots of options. Egg sausage sandwich, omelette (different kinds), waffle, yogurt, oatmeal, fruits and muffins. It would be good to have some meat options (bacon/sausage). Swimming pool and hot tub was also nice. The gym was complete. The location is nice as it is close to south common mall and other restaurants.

This is the best place of our trip with 2 kids! We stayed in 3 other hotels and we know what to compare! 1) Very clean, modern, new facility. We appreciated a very spacious room with lots of things. With a standard refregirator, kitchenette facilities, a comfy TV zone with sofa and 2 spacious beds with lots of storage space - this was the most comfortable room of all rooms we experienced during our trip! 2) Gym and pool are clean, spacious, greatly maintained. Towels available, water, etc. 3) We loved that we could use quest laundry (2$ for a load and dryer) - so I washed and dryed all our clothes for 4$. 4) The breakfast was very good! It had lots of things to select for both kids and adults! Porridge and waffels, ready made muffins and sandwiches, eggs, fruits, yogurt and milk - etc. etc. Also, good coffee and tea available 24/7 at the reception.

We cannot even think of anything we did not like. We loved everything! I will always look for Home2 Suite by Hilton in any location I go and definately stay again when in Edmonton! It's a great value for money and very pleasant stay, especially with a family.

It had everything we needed and was in a convenient location off the highway. The breakfast had a good variety of different foods. The gym was adequate for a decent workout. The pool and hot tub were a bonus.

The property was great but there was a barking/ whining dog in a room beside us when we were trying to sleep. Also some loud people several nights walking through the hallway.

Staff is great. Free coffee 24/7. Spacy rooms. TV have many channels. Easy to put in chromcast or andriod Stick, no password needed to connect, which is great if you have those. Location near Pearson St and all the shopping in South Common. Note to anyone not knowing where to stay in Edmonton: Stay at this hotel and choose south Edmonton, always.

The pillows not comfy, and I asked for extra pillows and all I got is used pillows from another room! Thats was a turn off really! Other than that, nearly flawless. Oh yes, breakfast is good but not like wow, just normal…. have the good and bad in it. The bad in breakfast is egg sandwiches are not made fresh, but you put them in the microwave to heat them. If they just let someone do the sandwiches fresh, can be best breakfast ever. 9 out of 10 and will stay there anytime I go Edmonton.

The breakfast was good. The choices were well done. It didn't have items like scrambled or fried eggs, but you could have cold hard boiled if you wanted. There wasn't any sausages, but you could have a pre-made breakfast sandwich microwaved quickly. There was fresh oatmeal, lots of toppings for that. You could get fresh waffles inside of two minutes. There were plenty of good, quick choices, and lots of comfortable seating to enjoy. And a 24 hour coffee/tea station!

Our only issue didn't really have anything to do with this property. We stayed there beacause a family member had a health appointment not far away. But when we tried to leave the area just after 8 am, there was traffic line-ups literally a half a kilometer long, or more! A 20 minute trip took nearly 50 minutes, so my advice is to plan really well for your exit.

The room was spacious and well equipped for a longer stay. I love the extra shelving on the walls and i especially like the curtain that separated the bed area from the couch area. This is great if you or your partner is an early riser or night owl while the other is not. The breakfast was good with a decent variety.

The rooms are huge! Full size fridge, microwave, dishwasher, appliances and dishes made our stay comfortable. Very modern and looked/felt clean. We were very happy and wished we could have stayed longer. The breakfast is very nice, and the pool/hot tub are clean and well maintained. No complaints about our stay.
