Our main goal was to visit the Expo for several days, and this hotel is very close by. USJ was also relatively close. We also appreciated the shuttle bus to the main train station and airport. Having the sea and big ships nearby was interesting. At the hotel we liked the Italian resto and the Lawson shop. Breakfast at 6000y was convenient, and the buffet had enough space to move around. The large warm indoor pool was important for us for relaxing. Kids are allowed. Always make a reservation! It is easy though. Don't expect to just walk in. Rooms are spacious, as mentioned in other comments.

Just a small detail: you must pay for luggage storage on your check-out day, even if you have just paid quite a lot for your stay. In terms of design, the hotel is more like the 1980s but well-kept and comfortable.

The hotel was spacious and there were many quiet, cozy and comfortable lounges around. This was especially important to us as we were staying for 4 nights and the cold wet weather prevented us from venturing out at night. I had requested for a room on high floor with view. They obliged and I was really pleased with that. The hotel provided frequent shuttles to and from Osaka JR station. That enabled us to make 2 day trips to Kobe. The hotel was linked by a covered overhead bridge to ATC. It was a mere 10 min walk. We tried the restaurants there and liked it. Good wholesome meals and inexpensive.

We had a very pricey buffet dinner on our first night here. Food was limited and ordinary. Although it was still early when we arrived, some dishes were finished and not replenished. Thereafter, we decided not to take any more meals at the hotel.

The view is great, you can see Osaka Bay pretty well. The room is comfortable and nice, they have everything you need to stay for a good night. Plenty of space in the room for 2 people, even after opening all the luggage. The mirror is heated so it's clear after showering. Hot water comes out pretty fast, and it fills the bathtub in a minute or two. The staff are welcoming and kind, lots of service available.

Although the remote has the button for YouTube and stuff, TV is not supported for those smart features. Some towels smell a bit weird but it's okay.

I wanted to take the hotel shuttle from JR Osaka Station, but I couldn’t find detailed information about the bus stop on the hotel’s website. I tried calling the number listed, but the automated message kept saying the line was busy and to call back later. After hours, the message changed to say no one was available to take calls. Fortunately, I eventually found the bus stop, but I really wish there had been a direct number to reach the bell desk or front desk for help. It was a frustrating experience. That said, once I arrived at the hotel, everything was excellent. The buffet breakfast was pretty good, too.

The property is very nice and comfortable, but the spa area is not included for the hotel guests which is strange for 5*. Breakfast is amazing, with a peaceful view. The room is quite spacious with a view of business Osaka. The kiosk downstairs save from starving.

Restaurants close very early, 8pm. The personnel is not flexible and understands English not well. You need to pay for the luggage storage which is strange for 5* again. The location is so far from anything but Expo. At the same time it’s not crowded and very quiet around.

Literally across the sidewalk from Intex Osaka and just down the street from Nakafuto Station. If you have anything that you're seeing or doing at Suminoe-ku, this hotel is the place to stay. The rooms are huge, the view is gorgeous (my room overlooked Intex and I loved it!), the staff are friendly, and the lobby is charming. I went to the front desk a few times for various requests and the staff immediately recognized me and handled everything with a smile. I can't think of a single thing that could be improved here.

If you're planning on doing anything in the city center, this hotel is located pretty far away. Not a negative point for me because the purpose of my stay was an event at Intex, but bear that in mind if you're going to be doing multiple trips to Umeda.

Beautiful facility. Very comfortable room and bed. Excellent buffet breakfast. Close to public transit. Shuttle is helpful to the Cosmosquare Stop. Perfect location if you are attending Expo 2025 - very close by subway.

Excellent except very far from downtown Osaka. There is a hotel shuttle to Osaka Station that takes about 30 minutes. I’m not sure why you would stay here if you are visiting Osaka except for an event or conference - it is in the portlands and nothing around.

The staff was extremely nice, as everyone in Japan. Accidentally I left my pocket around the reception and only noticed this like 3 hours later. The pocket was at the same place with all my documents and money in it - it's not something that happens in many countries. We absolutely loved that there is a shop just on the ground floor of the hotel! We could go down and pick things for ourselves whenever we wanted. There are great restaurants within the hotel for all taste. We had one of the best foods ever in the teppanyaki restaurant and absolutely great service! Room service is fast and the food was exceptionally good. We had an upgrade on our room, so we had access to the club facilities on the top floor. We didn't spend much time there, but also it was good to know that we can get some amenities and drinks whenever we go up. In Japanese terms we had a huge room (80sm) what was very spacious. Room cleaning was done every day no matter when we left the room or came back.

It's not a dislike, just a recommendation: we didn't really check on where this hotel is located before our arrival, so it was a bit of a surprise that the city center is about 35-40 minutes far by car. It wasn't really an issue after all, as the hotel has everything you need, it's just good to calculate with the time and cost of commuting to the city. Again, it's not an issue, but be prepared for some language barriers if you speak only English. It just needs some patience and make sure it was understood what you requested.

My friend and I really enjoyed the stay here. The concierge was very nice. All the staff that assisted us was very nice and helpful. They made sure to accommodate us considering the time that we got there because we drove from Tokyo. The room service was also very exceptional. I ordered room service and the food was so delicious I would recommend the Yakisoba noodles. Whenever I come back to Osaka I will definitely come back to this hotel with my family. I’m so happy that I was able to have a great experience here. I also enjoyed the view from our hotel room it was very beautiful. Another thing that I enjoyed was how close there was a 7-Eleven and how quiet the neighborhood is. Overall, I had a fantastic experience here and I loved it very much. I honestly can’t say there was nothing that I did not like my experience was amazing here. The only thing that I would say is this hotel is a little far from the main attractions like the shopping centers and the food, however it is only a 20 to 30 minute drive or if you take the train it’s a little bit longer however I think that’s hotel is very nice and it is worth it if you are looking for somewhere nice to stay with reasonably sized rooms compared to hotel rooms in Tokyo.

Spacious and comfortable. Huge reception area and retro 70s / 80s design meant it is actually back in fashion. Its a little rough in places but has charm (lingering smell of cigarette smoke)

Location is near the EXPO area, business area (which is what we wanted) but might not suit others. Seems to be more of an EVENT hotel than a holiday stay. Hotel water feature run down. Pool rules are strange considering it was empty!
