Located on highway 2 minutes from town, but set well back, so minimal traffic noise. Large grounds, bbq area and a pool, all kept neat and tidy and well maintained. Although motel is older, it is very well maintained, and very clean. Management staff very friendly and accommodating. Good wide parking bay outside room, driveway sign lit up at night to make it easy to return from night out. Tim tams were a very nice bonus to have with coffee! Plates bowls and cutlery were provided in room for us to use.

Can't think of anything I didn't like.

Lovely 2 bedroom demountable cottage. A good space for two people with a great little kitchen.

Being a demountable cottage, the shower in the bathroom was very small and the shower head too big with the taps at the back. Sliding doors made it very tricky but that was the space in the bathroom. Quite a few cobwebs in the bathroom window and elsewhere around the cottage. Just needed a quick brush over before guests came. The DB fit the space and had good linen but it was a very small bedroom. The reversed cycle air-conditioning was excellent and the cottage was warm and cosy. TV worked well and the lounge and coffee table were well appointed and comfortable. All in all a good place to stay and the staff were very welcoming and pleasant.

Great location with extensive grounds just minutes out of town. On the highway but the traffic noise was not intrusive. The new management were very friendly and helpful with check in and advice for where to eat. Plenty of parking right at the door for the room made loading / unloading simple. Air con in the room worked nicely.

The bathroom could have used some heating - but that said we'd been spoiled with heating in the place we were travelling home from.

Location met with our requirements which was to visit mother (mother-in-law) We provided our own breakfast. The room did have a microwave, toaster and kettle which were all used by us.

The bed had an electric blanket on it and the connections on both sides of the bed were on top of the bed under the bottom sheet that were uncomfortable if you rolled over onto them in the night. Annoying especially as we did not need to use electric blanket.

The motel was a bit out of town and set back from the road so lovely and quiet. It was well equipped and the beds were very comfortable

The toilet cistern had a leak so was constantly refilling. The constant noise it made was no longer annoying by keeping the bathroom door shut so it wasn’t a real issue.We thought it was a little expensive compared to other motels we stayed in on our trip south.

Good functional room with everything needed for a short stay. Parking right at door. Convenient to Broulee, Moruya and Mogo. Own car needed. Nice country setting on extensive grounds. Pool for summer. Lovely young couple managing.

Despite being well back from road early morning traffic a bit noisy but only draw back.

Very nice place to stay, a little out of town but dont let that stop you. Some of the local pubs and clubs have a courtesy bus and are more than willing to pick you up and drop you back. Very peaceful place to stay

Need better pillows for neck support

Peaceful setting, clean tidy and roomy bedrooms, comfortable bed. Good to have fridge, freezer and kettle etc

There needs to be lighting outside the motel rooms each night as it is pitch black when you come out to go to your car to unload for example... a couple of times I tripped over the chairs (which are great to have if only I could have seen them)!

Very spacious and clean. Great view of the surrounding area. It was great having a Microwave in the room. If I ever decide to return to the area, I will certainly consider staying here again.

Bed was a little hard.

- Great location just off the hwy with parking for an overnight stay. - Traffic noise was not too bad considering the position - Few minute drive into town - clean and comfy - good basic facilities in the room - goof bathroom

They did warn about increased insects in the area but despite having windows and doors closed there were still mosquitoes getting into the room.
