The pool, breakfast included, location, price.

When we first got checked in, we were put in a pet friendly room, although we were not traveling with pets. I immediately noticed the room smell like pee when I told the front desk they moved us to a non-pet friendly room. The room we got moved to had thick pieces of the ceiling, lifted and draping down from the edges of the bathroom celling fan. Our room ran really warm during our visit. We didn’t use the heat at all and had to open the slider door for cool air. It was annoying in the evening hours, however because a dog in a neighboring yard barked through the night nonstop, two nights in a row.

The room and restroom were very well cleaned. The Balcony with two chairs was nice to have be apart of the room. The Breakfast: Scrambled Eggs, Sausage, Biscuit & Tasty Gravy, Coffee, different juices, cereals and more was delicious and well worth it, being included in the price. It was nice to see friendly staff in the breakfast room too. Everything we saw at the place was nice and clean. Very friendly cleaning crew, staff, and nice to talk to staff, who also answered are questions about the area. They also have many, many movies to choose from that you can rent to watch on the DVD that you get in your room. We rented from the hotel to watch Twilight, and Harry Potter Clean Restroom: Glad they provide a hair dryer and shampoo and conditioner. So nice to have hangers to hang our clothes, a microwave, a small refrigerator and more in the room.

It sounded like people were walking all night on the top floor above us. If you are a light sleeper, I recommend ear plugs, or head phones to drown out the sound. We were on the second floor with a parking lot view. Plus, could somewhat see the ocean, when it was not a foggy and rainy day. I would stay there again for the price, Though I would ask for the 3rd floor to not hear others walking on the floor above us. There was no soap in the restroom, so would have to ask or bring your own. Another FYI like most places you can hear people other friendly guests walking and talking in the hallways and if your sliding door is open and screen door closed you can hear other friendly guests talking outside.

I appreciate it. It’s location. I needed to stay there for one night as I needed to add extra night to my trip and my other Motel wasn’t ready. So I appreciated that there was a room available and the staff was pleasant, one nice staff member came up and fixed our TV for us. And they were treats for sale down in the lobby and freshwater and to have breakfast there was such a treat.

Well, had I’ve been staying there for a long period of time. I would have wanted it to be right on the beach, but you don’t always get what you want, but you always get what you need.

I liked how the front desk lady was very friendly when I checked in! It was walking distance to the ocean and near a cute and quiet neighborhood. I love that they allow dogs. The cute sea star pillow gave it an ocean vibe. There were a fridge and microwave, and I loved how they have movies you can rent up front! They had breakfast and coffee, and nice staff.

The first room smelled a little like dog urine, which I would recommend doing a carpet shampooing regularly for the pet rooms. I'm just so glad they allowed pets 😌 The front desk lady was so nice and changed my room without me even asking!

Accommodating to our requests to be on top floor as well as a couple other requests. Really friendly at check in. You could tell they were trying to update the facility and make it more modern while keeping it affordable. It wasn't a high end property, but was clean and updated. We were looking for value vs luxury this trip bc we knew we'd be spending a considerable amount at the outlets and casino. Overall, lovely property and very friendly staff. Oh, and the pool/hot tub was open until midnight and adults only after 10pm or 11pm, which should be the case for ALL hotels with pools/hot tubs. It's really frustrating going to the hit tub at 10pm or 11pm for some relaxation and in comes 3 kids that should be in bed screaming and shouting and splashing - patents do nothing. So, definitely appreciate that aspect!

The free breakfast was lacking - packaged oatmeal vs premade and no brown sugar for the oatmeal. Other than that, honestly no complaints.

The staff were wonderful. There was a mix-up with our room where our reservation via Booking.com, which was made months in advance, never came through to their system. We originally had a family suite, but one wasn't available upon arrival. We had to get 2 rooms instead, which ended up costing us more money. The employee who checked us in (I believe her name was Darci) was very helpful, friendly, and professional. They are blessed to have her working for them. Our room was clean and overall so was the hotel. The breakfast was decent. The location of the hotel to the beach was a long walking distance, so we opted to drive. The issue with our reservation was disappointing, but the staff are definitely the highlight of the hotel.

Y'all made the special celebration package so beautiful with the balloons and ribbons and cake and wine with everything we needed to enjoy it on the patio. Thank you for going above and beyond and helping me keep it a surprise for my mom, as it was the first time we ever went for a trip, just the two of us. It made it extra nice for her. It's something we'll always remember so fondly. I'm glad I chose your location, because it's on the correct side of hwy 101 so I didn't have to cross it to get to the beach, and it's a nice little jaunt of 6 or so blocks downhill and back uphill, it was wasn't bad at all - coming from someone who has had 3 back surgeries and a pelvis reconstruction! The shower was lovely and very clean. I did see the reviews about the breakfast before booking, and while I would've like to see some fresh fruits, it's about expectations - if you're going to complain because the free hotel breakfast wasn't to your expectations, you may want to reconsider some of your life decisions in general. I didn't leave hungry, and the lovely woman who was making sure everything was ready and clean and continuously stocked is such a ray of sunshine. Everyone's kindness and smiles were so appreciated! Y'all do a difficult job accommodating people from everywhere, and you all do it with such grace. I don't know that I've seen such a well running team of staff making it all seem so effortless.

Nothing. Everything either met or exceeded my expectations

The hotel itself was very nice, clean, and quiet. Breakfast was great! We loved the amenities... pool, hot tub, and balcony. We could see the ocean from our deck, the view was lovely. Beds were comfy, and the room was spacious and very clean. We were close to the casino and other Lincoln City attractions. We would definitely come stay again in the future.

Other than not being actually on the beach, which I knew when I made the reservation, there was nothing that we didn't like about our stay.

The location was perfect for us. When we arrived they had warm chocolate chip cookies for us checking in . We arrived a little early but they got us right in to our room. The pool and hot tub was a hop skip and jump away from the hotel. Seems like people were enjoying themselves. Our room was extremely clean and the beds are comfortable. You have a nice sliding glass door to go out to the balcony or parking lot. We had our own numbered parking spot. So need to worry about no parking . Never ate the breakfast but I sure could smell it!! All staff was pleasant and very helpful!!

I liked every part of it it was awesome all the way I love the entire trip it was awesome staff is polite and helpful very knowledgeable about the area beds were soft and comfortable they didn't even mind when my dogs freaked out after seeing their own reflection the pool area was fantastic the spa was fantastic the hot tub everything I so enjoyed my trip there and I do intend to return it was close to the beach and very convenient to everywhere we wanted to go if anybody was to stay there I think that they should stay there it was a really great hotel and a great experience thank you to the staff

The best the gravy had a lot and the sausage wasn't done all the way but other than that everything was great
