Very calm and quiet with relaxing green park views. Spacious apartment, good room service. Great vibes with balcony and big windows, bright rooms. Nice pool and garden. I'd definitely come back again!

Apparently apartments don't have AC, only the rooms. I didn't need it it though because it wasn't hot season. Opening windows can freshen up the air too (I'm told they're just going to install misquito screens too, so that one can open windows even at the night). Lights were a bit dim, wifi a bit weak and fragile router but ok (router stops working whenever the cleaner accidentally touches it).

The apartment was very spacious. The hotel is located at a very safe area I walked around the hotel day and night without any problem (the roads around the hotel are very well lit at night and there is traffic almost all the time). Two shopping malls are at walking distance of the hotel (Yaya and Rose Avenue). The staff was very friendly and helpful all the time. There is a 24/7 restaurant at the premises serving good food. There is also a swimming pool and a fitness room.

I didn't like the coffee at the breakfast buffet (tasteless instant coffee). Coffee aside the breakfast buffet was ok.

A nice place, an oasis amid the city. The room was spacious, equipped with kitchen (for an extra cost), and the shower had warm water at all times. Nice swimming pool, great garden really taken care of, eccellent breakfast. I loved the bed with hard materass.

The internet connection could be better, with some disconnections and the need to identify oneself from time to time.

We were upgraded to an apartment which was beautiful! Hotel was clean and in a pretty central location. The breakfast buffet was nice with lots of options.

On our last day the reception called us due to an issue with payment even though we'd paid through booking.com. We showed them the receipt and all was fine until checkout when they asked us to pay again and submit a request with booking.com for a refund. Absolutely bizarre request which we declined.

Room was clean and comfortable. Location was super convenient, easy to walk to local cafes and shops. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating as I had a late flight on my check out day. Nice to have the pool in the hot weather, lots of greenery around too.

I could hear the hallway door banging early in the morning as some other guests were up & about. Cost of hotel recommended taxi was expensive so I used Uber instead.

our CEO was not feeling well and the care he was given was excellent, we were all happy and felt valued, so I spoke to Mr. Stephen Maina. who handles the issue very professionally. My two colleagues were persons with disabilities the one using a wheelchair was provided with an accessible room andone using crutches was given support until we left. We really appreciated it!

very clean , well maintained and quiet. very convenient location as well. quick response to solve any issue that arose great customer service especially the ladies the food and the cocktails are very delicious

no bin in the sleeping area mini fridge and kettle were not working but we’re exchanged as soon as I alerted them the water was just warm when I got there but it was solved as well generally very responsive to any issue that arises

Got a chance to stay in a suite after my room was accidentally booked out. Great location. Loved it. Spacious, wide windows,clean (sofas excluded). Enjoyed the quiet peace.Staff were awesome. I really enjoyed the food and room service.I look forward to next time.

Sofas were stained and needed desperate cleaning. Seemed like suite hadn't been used for sometime. Smelt moldy.

good location you can actually walk to Yaya centre about 1km also the carrefour which is closer. the restaurant with room service is very good and a total asset to this hotel

probably is overpriced

24 hr accessibility incredible staff made it...for me always ready to help.

Apart from no hot tub or plugs for the bath..the only thing I didn't like was leaving.
