Location was perfect for access to the surgery venue in Ann Arbor. We spent two nights at the hotel since he had to see the Dr. the day after surgery for evaluation. Breakfast was great, and the staff were accommodating.

1). The “handicapped accessible” bathroom was poorly designed and did not meet the required standards. The guard rails were extremely slippery when wet. There was no vertical guard rail at the toilet or the shower. The shower bench was in the wrong position in the poorly designed shower. The water controls were very difficult to manipulate; my husband had to turn them on and off. 2). The photo of the business/accessible room we booked showed a dining table with 4 chairs and a set of kitchen cabinets. The room we were assigned did not have these facilities.

Quiet, good location and except for the first person I dealt with upon arrival the staff was friendly and helpful. EXCELLENT breakfast with very healthy items such as 🍊, apples, hard boiled eggs, yogurt and very good coffee along with scrambled eggs and very tasty breakfast sausages!

With the exception of the person who checked me in upon arrival I have no complaints. The person who checked me in did his job but was not friendly or helpful when I asked him for help.

Location and price were good. Staff was super friendly.

Bathroom needed a little sprucing up. Tub caulking needs refresh, and the repair of a shower rod left duct tape showing where it shouldn’t have been.

Love the place. Always happy when we stay here.

Wish our two rooms were closer. Didn’t like my kids being down the hall. The floor in the shower creaked really bad either the hot and cold very confusing.

Great location. Friendly staff. Great shower water pressure. Little freezers in the refrigerator.

Very few electrical outlets in convenient locations. Room updates needed.

Food was plentiful and hot at any time I visited the breakfast area. Plenty of grassy areas for my dog.

the price. I originally reserved a king room at one price 2 weeks in advance but needed to change to a queen room closer to my check in date and my cost nearly doubled. Found out that there was a hot air balloon fest in town...

My husband became ill and soiled the floor and bedding. They were great on cleaning up everything immediately. Left us extra towels and soap. Always asked about him.

Front desk staff and housekeeper were very responsive, solved a problem quickly. 2 different times.

Big hot tub by pool closed off. Parking lot was a mess.

Friendliest staff! Particularly the front desk guy. Great attitude, feels more like a friend than a hotel worker. Give him a raise!

Convenient location & Breakfast was good.

The property is very dated. It really needs a refresh & a thorough cleaning.
