The lobby was very inviting. I was traveling alone but would definitely meet up there with friends if traveling again. Room was very spacious as well.

When I checked in, I bought a bottle of water from the front desk for $4😡. When I got to my room there was a complimentary bottle for me. It would’ve been nice if the person told me that before spending $4 on another bottle.

Good breakfast. Healthy options. Missed pressed orange juice, but there were fresh oranges. The blueberries were super fresh

Mary, lady that cleans the gym/front lobby is an absolute GEM! Left a lasting impressions, Ill rebook to see Mary. I typically stay at Graduate/Weber's. Sheraton had reasonable prices, did not price gauge for popular weekend! Helena was mentoring cleaning crew, impeccably clean, linens and towels A+. Girls that greeted me the first night were so kind, helpful, and understanding. It was obvious they value excellent customer service. Thank you, I will be back!

Wish restaurant stayed open for lunch. It's a great atmosphere, I bet additional revenue would be easy especially during busy travel times.

It was a cozy, clean and calm atmosphere. Brian took care of any needs that arose during my stay and was so kind. Upon checkout Donielle was very gracious and polite. It was just such a pleasant stay, peaceful. They were very accommodating to our late check-in. Definitely will stay there again and recommend to others.

The price of breakfast was way too high! We went elsewhere to eat.

Room was small with no comfortable seating. No complimentary breakfast and they charged $50 to my card for "incidentals" without me even buying anything. It's wrong to do so!!

Room was comfortable and very clean. We liked that we were around downtown. We appreciated the friendly staff at check in.

I liked breakfast but we didn’t realize we had to pay until after the fact. We thought breakfast came included. The elevator was out so we had to take the stairs which was uncomfortable due to all our luggage

Location provided quiet atmosphere for sleeping. We enjoyed the breakfast however we are not full plate eaters and would have appreciated a price less than the full price of breakfast buffet. There was a good variety of food items at breakfast and i especially enjoyed the fresh fruit. I enjoyed a late night snack of yogurt parfait purchased from the hotel canteen.

I would have like a hard copy of instructions for the hotel room and amenities.

Pricey for the food for basic quality. But overall very satisfied with the hotel. Staff. Room. Pool needed to be skimmed was dirty either bugs and the outside pool area smelled aweful. But otherwise. The rooms. Even hallways smelled amazing

How pricey the food and gift shop items were. Would of been nice to have been able to buy like maybe floating rings for the pool at least

This property had amazing staff from check in, to breakfast and restaurant/bar. Everyone was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The staff here are all about service.

We really liked that the pool area had a hot tub. We were able to get in the hot tub around 8am with no other guests in there. Which was great!

Just a bit outdated. Things have been fixed and it almost seems like some things were done halfway. Lots of caulk in the shower, toilet sounded like the lid was flying off with every flush and the bed was uncomfortable. Nothing felt super squeaky clean either.
