Location excellent, staff friendly and helpful We had a spacious, clean room and our king bed was very comfy. Nice cold air conditioning. All the space we needed and then some with plenty of amenities. We chose this location after checking reviews and found it to be very Pet friendly which we required as our Coton - Mini Poodle was traveling with us. Breakfast had many items to choose from, hot and cold options. Coffee available in lobby day and night it seemed. We would definitely stay here again and recommend highly to others looking for much of the same.

I can't think of any negatives.

Very average breakfast with awful tasting coffee! If your room is facing the back of the hotel expect traffic noise from the highway!

The male worker at breakfast was exceptional. He was on top of everything all the time. He restocked and kept everything clean. Kudos to him. The breakfast itself was great too. The location is very good. Everything was very clean. The room was very large with everything you would need. The pool area was fun. Laundry on site for guests. The playground looked like fun, but it was freezing and snow covered, so we didn't try it. It was wonderful that they are pet friendly.

I wish they had the fireplace on. It looked so cozy in the lobby, but the fireplace was never on. Also, they are very strict on closing everything exactly on time. The pool closed so early and then there wasn't anything to do with the kids.

Very nice, comfortable room with nice grounds. Dog-friendly without being noticeable that dogs had been there! Nice breakfast in the morning, staff were very friendly. We didn’t have the kids with us on this trip but this would be an amazing place to stay with the whole family (including the pup!) and we might do just that!

Wish we didn’t have to drive in to Lake George, but it was worth it for clean, quiet rooms.

It was very clean, the breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly. This hotel is about 3 miles towards lake George. Not bad for the location but definitely costly but I wanted more comfort than anything. Outside has a basketball court, playground, gym and an indoor pool with one water slide. Also offers a kiddy pool for little ones. There is also a mini arcade but save your cash and check out the town before spending money because there are multiple arcades once you get to the strip of the town.

Not a horrible inn/ hotel but lake George itself is really laid back and more of a relaxing location if you're looking for that type of atmosphere. But there are many pizza shops nearby and multiple arcades. Very kid friendly location. Also a few outlets to shop at. But not much more since many areas were being renovated.

The staff was very friendly, if you had any questions or problems with anything, they addressed it quickly. The breakfast was great. My grandchildren loved the pool and the playground.

There was the water from the pool in places that went to the elevator and on the elevator which you had to be very careful walking on or trying to get around it.

We went here jist because it's recommended by moms in 518moms fb page. Location is good. Near the outlet and restaurants. Plenty of parking. We, especially our daughter loves the swimming pool. Unlike other hotels, they have slide, jacuzzi, and for little ones. Comfy and clean room. We just didn't like their whole body mirror. We looked like we gain 50lbs lol. It's like a concave mirror if that's what you call it. We'll definitely consider to stay again.
