I really liked the location of the hotel, as it close to the station (literally along the road), and the shopw are close by. The room is good and although the bed is a little hard it is still possible to get to sleep on. The staff here are helpful and despite the language barrier do undertsand to a point (google translate comes in handy)
There is nothing I didnt like, as this place suited my needs, and the castle is easy to get to with a route thats easy to memerize so can walk it again at night when its lit up

Very helpful staff on check in and the location was perfect for exploring the city, going out for a meal and using Matsumoto as a base to explore the region.
The hotel offers a clean room, bathroom and tea making facilities. There's nothing else; no gym, cafe or tourist information. For the price, it is what to be expected. Always nice to have had a little more. The corridors outside the room were noisy at random times of the night which disturbed my sleep a few times.

The hotel is just a few meters from the train station and that was very convenient for us. The room was clean and the stuff very friendly. Very good value for money
A little narrow space for 2 people with suitcases but it was just a one night stay so we dealed with it

The location was amazing, right next to the train station and around 10-15 min to all major attractions. The staff was also amazing, very helpful and kind!
The cleanliness could be better...when i checked in, i could see the mirrors in the room were dirty, i found smth like dried rice grains on the floor, and the bathroom was a bit moldy...

Great ! Super great location maybe best in Matsumoto sta. Just a min walk from Station and close to food store and convenience store. You can rest free bike and spend some time to explore in the city too
Hotel facilities may old but basically everything is well prepared and enough for your stay. Air condition is a bit old and not much adjustable

Prime location, 2 min walk to the train station, less than 10 min walk to Matsumoto Bus Terminal. Good for those who want to wake up a bit later for morning buses or trains. The staff were super nice and helpful! The size of the room is also very good~

Good location, Good staff service
The air conditioner is controlled centrally. The hotel turns it on as a heater. It cannot be changed to cool mode. You have to open the room window to adjust the temperature.
