Beds were super comfortable. Room clean. Staff was helpful and nice. Loved the outdoor area and the tables by the tall palm trees at sunset. Liked the new hallway rugs and the new remake in process of the hotel .Breakfast room clerk got refills punctually of food/drink when suggested to her.

Couldn't figure out the TV in our room. Wanted to watch NBC or CBS but couldn't find them. The breakfast room needs a remake. Too large and old with only one garbage can that wasn't near the food. Coffee machine wasn't working so two 1-cup machines had to suffice. Toaster only toasted one side of my waffle.

The room was recently remodeled and very clean and comfortable. It was still missing a few essentials like a shelf in the shower stall, and a bath mat. However, none of these missing items were an issue for me. The room did not have a hair dryer. When leaving the room one morning, I met one of the housekeeping staff and mentioned this to her and she immediately provided one. All of the staff encountered from check-in to check-out were professional, respectful, informative and responsive. All of their tasks were performed promptly and correctly. Everyone was great to interact with.

This is no longer a “Days Inn”……it is in a MASSIVE remodel! The front 3/4 of the building is under construction, and only the back of the property where I stayed, is completed. What IS complete, is AWESOME! It is an old school Days’…..and the rooms are probably double the size of most new hotels. The King bed was amazing! The linens first rate……I slept like a baby. The remodeled rooms are probably worth double what I paid……it was quite nice.

“Breakfast” is yogurt, juice, toast, and cereal. Don’t count on this for fuel.

Breakfast was ok. More fruit and eggs would be nice. Most items were cold or microwave.

Outside patio furniture old and bad repair but hotel in the process of remodeling so they may have plans to replace it. All microwaves removed from rooms and management said they will not be replaced. Should be removed from advertised amenities.

Nice big room. Very clean above the carpet. All amenities were out & ready to use. Very quiet and nice. Only heard the train once & it was very muffled.

Carpet was extremely dirty & wet in places. Wearing shoes was a must. Room smelled of a very strong men's cologne & made my nose burn. Luckily I had some decent room spray to mask it. Cox TV was terrible - no sports - old movies. Ice machine was clear down the hall & around the corner at room 107. My room was in 46 rooms away. Very inconvenient.

Hotel was newly renovated. Our room was very clean. The location was ideal for attending the Fiesta Bowl. Overall very pleased!

Breakfast could have been better. No hot food. French toast and pancakes were refrigerated and had to be toasted. No hot eggs. Only refrigerated hard boiled eggs.

Great place excellent location great staff. Hotel much confortable then others on that range of price. Grat job keep it going. Bed excellent! Air condition excellent ! No smoking room excellent ! Shower great !

I would replace the door to get access to the rooms for a better one.

I was not aware of the renovation going on, but the staff especially Jamie was very helpful of our concerns and gave us a peek into the room we would be getting and explained everything that was going on, very nice and helpful.

Night staff …. The fact that the lady couldn’t take my mobile app ID to check in because I had placed my ID…. And I had to run around at 10 o’clock at night knowing dam well everything was closed to find the FedEx or UPS place to make a copy of my ID that was a big hassle…. Finally got a picture paper printed out just so she can accept it so I can get a room to stay in

The rooms were clean and very nice. Bed was comfortable. Lots of space in the room.

I kept having to get my key reset. Don't know what the problem is but I want the only customer to deal with the same issue.
