Great water pressure and drainage in shower. Was also glad to to see a vent in the bathroom. King bed was very comfortable and room was clean

Where elevator is located, which is in a secluded area by a side outside entrance. Felt unsafe as a traveler traveling alone. The check in desk attendant rattled off details about breakfast, wifi, elevator info way too fast even though there were no others waiting to check in. I arrived late. When I told her I that was fast and I didn't catch all of what you said, she said it's all on your key card. So I asked her to repeat where the elevator was. I can't imagine how elderly people woud handle the rattling off of instructions like that. I would suggest going slower and being more welcoming to guests.

Lush greenery , trees ,trees , trees.Sits off the highway very private, plenty of parking, peaceful. Staff ( front desk) very friendly, helpful. Overall common area looks clean.

A rug holds onto odor if not cleaned properly. Keep in mind I pick up my room before I leave. I wouldn’t like to pick up after somebody , so why would I think anyone would want to pick up after me . It’s the one thing your parents are always telling you to pick up after yourself . Make it easier for the cleaning crew. there are children and young adults throughout the hotel. A great many of these young kids , young adults have little to no training in etiquette. It is a reflection of our society.

OMG, arriving in the dark in a rainstorm it was very, very difficult finding the place. The entrance to the "street" was imperceptible off a divided highway. No markings on the main street WHATSOEVER.. After 2 passes with my NAV system on, I finally found the sideroad/"street". It was as dark as a cave and there was this tiny little 8x11 inch sign "Comfort Inn" buried in the bushes at the end of the driveway. Passed that twice too. The Hotel you could barely see from the bottom of the driveway, After a long 8hr road trip this was really tough.

Good basic pit stop well located. A lot of continuous cleaning going on, bedroom carpets wet on arrival and staff vacuuming at 9:30pm in the evening, not sure why?

The room keys continually don’t work. Virtually no hot breakfast left at 8:20am.

Nice beds, pillows and linens- room clean. Breakfast was just fine and the staff very nice. The shower pressure was great.

The shower curtain rod was hung too low so the curtain soaked water up by the gallons. Pool area looked sketchy at best but pool itself nice.

The rooms were clean and nice. Very spacious room. The majority of the hotel was clean and nice.

The air conditioning was not cooling the room well and the black spots in the tub were slightly unappealing.

I love the staff here. So nice and accommodating and the facility is clean. I have stayed here several times and it is the only place I will stay now when I visit Augusta.

I wouldn't wake up until breakfast was over!

The breakfast is always great here. We had coffee that very awesome. Although went over to Kroger and picked up some more breakfast yours was great too.

Nothing was out of order.

The customer service from the night person who didn't provide an extra blanket to Us, saying we were suppose to get it when we checked in. Only 1 person in the party gets really cold & didn't know she would need the blanket. The Attendant who checked Us out was rude & unprofessional.

the breafast was excitely , we had a great night 2 days it was great.
