Everything. The staff was sweet and responsive. Breakfast was good and plenty. Rooms were very comfortable, and we were able to see the sunrise every morning from our beds, what a view! Location was perfect!

I didnt like how folks put their trash bags in the hallway. I felt it was rude. I think the hotel should invest in trash bins on each floor, this way folks can throw away their trash and hotel remains clean and presentable.

I loved having "a small home away from home". It was great to have plenty of room to put all of my things out and not "live out of suitcases". Having a kitchen and full size sofa in my hotel room was such a relaxing plus at the end of busy days. Also I expected to pay for the use of the laundry facilities. What a surprise to find that they were complimentary.

As a person with bad knees, the toilet was a bit low for me.

The room was very clean and quiet. We stayed in a family room and having a separate reception was a huge advantage. We had everything we need in our room and the AC was working silently which we didn't experience this in other hotels in North America.

Night staff on the day we checked-in was not very helpful and they were more interested in their mobile phones.

Very comfortable room

The pervasive smell of marijuana was overwhelming. There was a group of construction workers who were staying at the property. Every single one of them reeked of marijuana. This is supposed to be a non-smoking property. Just because marijuana is legal does not mean that people who do not smoke should have to suffer with this lingering odor.

The staff was amazing. Breakfast was great. The location was excellent as well. Place was super clean. The halls to the ro are kind of like a maze but nothing concerning. Just weird. They also use sensors lights so it's saving energy when walking through the hall. There was a full size fridge, utensils and some cooking supplies, also a flat stove on the counter and a toaster oven. There is also a pool, fitness room, little business room, and laundry.

Only things that could make it better= They use 1 ply toilet paper and would be nice if there was a hot tub but these things are minor. Would definitely stay here again.

Separate rooms within the suite for kids and adults. 2 bathrooms in suite!😃 Appropriate number of towels were replaced each day.

Toaster oven wasn't clean, leading to the burner smoking and causing concern about setting off smoke alarm. Dishes weren't clean. Wash before you use.

I loved the amenities that’s included. It comes with almost everything you will need. From the free laundry to all of the dishes included , everything was helpful. They also have an extensive complimentary breakfast bar and even a BBQ grill outside. I really enjoyed the 12 pm checkout time and the fact that the pool didn’t close until midnight.

The only thing that was a little bit of an issue was the fact that being in the pool room was very “chemically”. All the kids eventually were coughing and our eyes were irritated. I sat on the edge of the pool with my feet in the water but when I tried to stand, I was a little woozy. Maybe it needs more ventilation. I’m not sure if it’s like that all the time because while there, the staff put a sign on the door that the pool will be closing early for maintenance. I’m hoping that this was the reason and that the problem was rectified.
